Allow clients to message all staff or have an option to turn on or off as a whole
Its annoying for our clients to not be able to message our customer service reps unless they first reach out to them. Wish there was an option to allow clients to message all or certain staff vs waiting for staff to reach out

Option to send an automated message if its outside of "business hours"
Would love the option to have an automated message sent from me if a client sends a message outside of normal business hours. Would also be great if we could set business hours for when we get notifications. Boundary setting is important!

Ability for trainers to be able to schedule pre-written announcements for a certain date, to be sent out to all clients (sent individually)
Currently you can go into each clients calendar and click 'auto message' and schedule a message to go out on a particular date. But you have to go into each clients calendar to do that. It would be great to be able to schedule an auto message that can go to all the clients individually but do it one time instead of going in to each client to schedule the message. Make the group messaging to be able schedule a day and time for those to go out. Thank you!

pin notes, links or messages in group chats
Some form of 'description' section on the group chat feature or the ability to pin certain information like links or messages to the top of group chats for easy access by all group members

Ability to delete a bulk amount of reoccurring scheduled messages
For example, i have set a check in message for 52 weeks of the year and i cannot remove it. I have to go through and delete them individually. Aint no body got time for that

Ability to send automated text messages when selling a product as a confirmation of sale
So currently when selling an add-on session to my client it sends them a confirmation email. My clients are very busy and sometimes they don't always get to their emails. If an automated text confirmation can be sent as well, this would help speed up the ability to have the trainer paid for the add-on sessions.

schedule automated messages past 14 days and not just at 9am
Would love to be able to schedule an automated check-in message at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, etc. Also, be able to customize the time of day they are sent.

Send announcement or broadcast Messaging
I am wondering if there is a way to broadcast a message to all clients so that they it appears as a notifications once they sign in?
Further more, if that were possible can it be a video message?

Be able to designate what coach is sending auto message
Running into issues where my co-coach will schedule a message for one of my clients and it automatically gets sent from my account. Can you please change this, so they can auto schedule their own messages from them?

First message you sent appear first like every other messenger- not the other way around
If you write series of messages you have to Scroll up to read, in every other message. So for instance if you lead with a nice greeting , the client may never see it unless they scroll up

Link Direct from Group Notification to Client Workout ("Bob Smith Completed Workout 1")
Specifically, I am meaning the notes in group chats where it says "Bob has completed Work 1" it would be grand if "Bob" and "Workout 1" linked directly to whatever it was. The workout the comment, the client; whatever. It would be really helpful.
One of the CRMs systems we use, allows us to customise emails and templates, using # as a means to pull the data point we need.
Note to developers: For example, when we type # and then F-I-R, it comes up with the options "First Name / Final Cost / Final Estimate" etc. It's similar to…
