Present a fillable PARQ and esignature liability waiver during initial client app set up. Rather than sending them as email attachments.

Menstrual period tracking in app and shade the weight loss graph a different colour for coaches
When females have their menstrual cycle, it would be great to be able to see it on the chart with their weight loss, in a different colour

Onboarding videos for clients
Create onboarding videos for trainers to use to help their clients to learn how to use the app. I am looking for more support videos from trainerize for my clients. I need videos to show them how to "Find their workouts", "Mark their Workout" as complete, "Substitute Exercises", "Access the On Demand Library", "Take Progress Photos", "Track Body Stats", and "Use the stopwatch or timer". It would be nice if these instructions were uploaded in the Trainerize video library so that we could drop them into their programs or message. The "Watch Getting Started" video that is under support is…

Personalized check in forms
add a section that allows you have have a personalized check in form for your client in the app so everything can be centralized, where all the biometrics and photos are there should be a place where you can have your client fill out their check in form , but the coach can personalize the questions to fit their coaching approach!

Not asking clients for their weight when signing up
When clients sign up they have to enter their weight as part of their profile. I work with a number of clients who have body image struggles or a history in eating disorders so asking for their weight is really not okay and I have to physically tell them to enter 0kg in this because it's irrelevant.
It would be brilliant if we could remove this or have this as an optional thing instead of compulsory

Ability to create and automate todo tasks / reminders within Trainerize
As I'm writing notes on my clients file post call, is there a feature where we can set ourselves a reminder to follow up with them from a note? Or even a reminder at all?
I currently set them in my calendar but would prefer to keep everything in one spot! Also, when payments fail, or programs are ending, be able to remind me to follow up with clients.

Allow us to customize the invitation / setup / welcome email
The invitation email is not customizable. Should be.
We'll like to add our own information to the email.

allow trainers to add an attachment on the app for clients.
It would be nice to be able to attach articles or documents in a place on the app for the clients to access.

Quick calendar switch from client to client
In the desktop view, it would be amazing if you could switch quickly from a client's calendar to another client's calendar, via arrows/drop down menu. I believe the only way from calendar to another client's calendar is to "return to overview" first, search for a client, and then go to their calendar.

Be able to add or drop certain screens during the account setup process
Not make clients enter their weight and making sure none of the pre-programmed plans have language or focus about/on burning calories and losing weight.
For habits coaching, for example, I don't care about weight etc.
For nutrition coaching habits, for example, it would make sense I would collect more information like weight loss goals, current weight etc.

Assign multiple trainers to one client to share
Some trainers might need to share a client. ie. A trainer is working with a client on mobility/group fitneess. The other trainer is working on core programming.
It will be good to assign the clients to both trainers.

Being able to mass delete items on the calendar
You have to either delete one item at a time or completely re do the master program to change items in the calendar... if there was an option to mass delete items on the calendar that would be killer

Putting clients program on hold or freeze
Would be great to be able to freeze / hold clients accounts for when they need to. Sometimes they are ill or traveling so they won’t be able to do the workouts and don’t want to miss them.
Thanks

Multiple consultation forms
I would like to be able to create multiple consultation forms and then tick box to choose which one to send to a new client. It would be extra cool to be able to send a new one to an existing client.
I've incorporated my par-q into my consult form but I work with pre and post-natal clients which means I can have 3 different par-qs for one client within a year. I'm trying to stay away from things they need to print out as much as possible (exception for dr's notes)

Make the "Thumbs Up" solid after deploying in the Client Overview
It would be awesome to have the Thumbs Up stay solid to know we've already deployed for that client activity. Even better, it would be great to have the same options available that appear in Groups (which DO show what has been deployed). Thanks!

Allow for notes for a particular day that can only be seen be the trainer. Like a post it note that you could attach to the calendar.
Can we add a feature to be able to write private notes on a particular day on the client calendar?

Copy workout stats (weights/reps) in workout
Instead of entering the same reps and same weights over again during a workout, it would be great to have a button that allows the weights/reps to be automatically filled out for the remaining sets of the exercise.
As a trainer, in session this can take your attention away from the client more than needed.34 votes
