We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Preferred "workout" language/terms

    There are a lot of us out there that use this program for more than just "workouts" which imply "fitness". I would like to use interchangeable language that would not suggest fitness. Some clients get confused with the application if they are not in a fitness routine, rather, a therapy program, mobility program, but not yet in a fitness program.

  3. ADD A MOTIVATION PIC

    A function where a client can add a picture that motivates them. Either them at their goal weight or someone that they would like to look like. One that they see everytime they open their app

  4. Multiple bank accounts on the one profile. This way can assign clients to their trainers and make payments easier.

    Have trainers bank details on the app. This will allow the manager to make simple payments when they have new assigned clients.

  6. Have Client's Workout Comments appear in Messenger Chat

    I tend to lose track of checking on client's exercise comments.

    With more clients, this get's trickier to do so since the comments appear as tiny notifications by their workouts done, so I have to scroll through and check each workout done to ensure no comments were skipped by me.

    I think it's best to have the client make a comment in the workout done, AND have that same comment appear in their messenger chat to me.

    That way, it's easier for me to see and I can more easily respond to their comment via the messenger chat medium as…

  9. Extend the length of "Why Train with Me" video

    The why train with me video is limited to 30 seconds, there should be more like a 5 minute time limit. This way it can be a more personable video for clients to watch

    You have several categories on the calendar: walking, running or General. How about Yoga or Pilates or a "bodywork" category that encompasses these things?

  11. Add Trainerize to Huawei APP Gallery

    We have a lot of Huawei phone users and Trainerize APP isn't available in Huawei APP gallery. People want to use mobile app not just web access. Adding app to Huawei gallery in free for developers! :)

  12. ability to toggle between recurring and one time purchase

    it would be nice to be able to toggle between "recurring" and "one time charge" based on client needs. other wise you have to create 2 of every product.

  16. Ability to write 2 or 3 letters next to the rep number.

    When showing that a person has achieved maximum effort, which means 1 more rep couldn't be completed with perfect form, on a set if the rep range is 10-15 reps. Having the ability to label the reps as 15M or 15MAX; the uppercase 'M' meaning maximum effort.

  19. More progress photo angles options or a custom option

    The ability to add more then the standard 3 photo angles. There is an Other option on the web interface but doesn't seem to work. If we can add a custom Photo Angle that would be great.
