Have different daily macro goals for different days or workout / non-workout days for carb cycling
I do a lot of competition prep and within prepping meal plans. It would be great to set up different macro and calorie intake goals for different days out of the week. Because it would allow my clients to fully understand carb cycling. For now I have uploaded a pdf version of the meal plan showing that but would be great if that can be adjusted as well when it comes to programming it within your platform.
Hi everyone,
Thanks for your great suggestion! We've added this to our work queue/raodmap. We'll post further updates here as our teams pick it up to work on it.

Thanks!

YES! I am having a hard maintaining macro changes when needed. There are times when clients need a higher intake on the weekends due to longer events compared to regular days or there are times a client needs a refeed. Having the ability to add these different nutrition goals will be extremely helpful

I NEED THIS. I have clients who carb cycle or how follow workout days and non workout day macros and they cannot use this on this app which is confusing for them and more work for me.

A space to make nutritional recommendations (other that general messages) would be amazing! I.e. a place to where the coach can assign new habits, undulating calories /Macros etc....

The ability to schedule multiple macronutrient plans for clients. For example, training day nutrition, rest day nutrition refeed days.

I agree I have clients that do intermittent fasting 3-5 days out of the week and they have different macro numbers on days they don't fast.
This would be beneficial!

This would be great! Right now it throws off the compliance percentages within the software.

Ability to load high macro days along with low macro days
Give client the ability to see two charts showing their low days all calories and macros. Then another chart for the high days. Have a button so they can switch from one meal plan to another so the trainer can monitor adherence.

A great feature would be to allow trainer to set different macronutrient breakdowns daily, permitting calorie/macro cycling within the week.

NEED THIS!! I have several of my clients on carb cycles and I don't know how to go about assigning low carb / high carb days through this app...

A perfect idea of Personal Trainers & Nutritionists would be to have the ability to assign more than one meal plan.
We can prescribe different diets/goals for different days and not only one!

This would be AMAZING! I run into the same problem and have to upload a spreadsheet as well. Being able to set macros for each day of the week would be awesome and time saving!

This would be great to implement calorie cycling when necessary. Higher calorie/macro days, lower calorie/macro days, etc.

We can put a general calorie or macro goal for our clients but if clients have different calorie and macro goals depending on the day it would be nice to be able to enter in what days they need to have set goals. Example: for carb cycling

so the macro by percentage and grams is awesome Now we need to make it so that you can fluctuate the grams depending on the day and on the week of that particular client.

We just need to set some days as high carb and then low carb. Change macros daily etc.. Most clients have one macro count for two days and then a low day. Kind of like you have with changing workouts daily and scheduling it

Add the ability to schedule Marcos by date. For example, being able to have a set Macro scheduled for every Monday and Friday.

BTW. I think the automatic training/rest day macro based on the schedule is the BEST idea I've EVER had! Please make it happen :D
