Is there any way that the client can connect their Samsung smartwatch to the app, so the app can track their HR during the workout?

I have never come across an application & company that basically says tough ****! and exclude the 2nd biggest company of wearables in the world! must have a deal with Apple...

to put in place Allow a video loop to keep playing while the timer keeps running and has fewer votes than this request is just downright bad customer service!

i will be leaving the app and requesting that all the others do the same and go to another app!

Many of my clients have the Samsung galaxy watch… Would be great to see that integrated in just like the Apple Watch

Anyone have an idea of a work around? For example Samsung Health syncs with X app which then syncs with Trainerize?

Definitely should be on the list of things to-do. A lot of my clients are missing out because they can not sync their Samsung products to track that data. Very unfortunate.

Come on. Why would you not do this. Ridiculous. I would hate to hire a new trainer who uses a different app so I can track my progress.

My Personal Trainer (PT) was excited for me to signup so I could sync my smart watch with your site and it would be great for my PT to track my progress. I checked to see if this was possible to use my Samsung Galaxy Watch and found this page. I relayed update back to my PT on this status and she went silent. It was the main reason for my PT wanting to sign me up. I guess the only good thing with your site is just manually filling out entries e.g. Workouts to Calendar.

Yes I agree with Everyone else. I have clients with Samsung watches and they can't sync. They shouldn't need to purchase a fitbit or apple watch. Please add Samsung intergration

Your favouring the apple wearables and leaving out all those who have androids.

I personally cannot link my garmin to trainerize which would be fantastic - especially if I coach any triathletes or athletes who use garmin.

You should really get the integrations working to allow more of our clients to use the app. Instead of either buying a fitbit or apple watch.

I'm just getting started on building my online business and been using Trainerize happily, but very concerned that there isn't a way to import Samsung Health. I personally love my Samsung Fit Gear and wondering why it is taking five years to consider this idea? Is it anywhere in the future?

I agree with everyone else. I am paid for 3 months of trainerize but will not be renewing because I am a Samsung fan. I am very discouraged and not really using the app due to the lack of integration of information. It is a pain to input every little thing.

Why not? You should do some research on how many samsung watches and phones are purchased and how many people use Samsung Health. As an example I entered a Samsung Health competition this month and I am currently ranked 441,233. this means almost half a million people are actively using samsung health.
