CrossFit Style AMRAP workout - Ability to put AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) as a value when adding number of sets.
Currently when putting in a value for the number of sets for the exercise it is not possible to put anything other than a number.
It would be great to have the ability to put in AMRAP if the exercise is to be completed for As Many Rounds As Possible in a set amount of time.
For Example:
AMRAP in 5 minutes
Box Jumps AMRAP x 10 Reps
Pushups AMRAP x 10 Reps

Trainerize team! Is this feature going to be added at all?? People have been asking for this for over 5 years! PLEASE ADD AMRAP's and EMOM's! Very clumsy to program any functional/crossfit style workouts currently

This would be really great! Considering moving over to True Coach just for AMRAP & EMOM as most of my workouts contain them. Would be great to have them on Trainerize so I can stay!

The interface doesn’t really have a good way to allow programming “for time” workouts, or workouts where a client would do a circuit for “max rounds in ____ time”.

Can we have a timer like for a whole workout and a AMRAP for a specific timer pre determined.

Show stats with the seconds included, not only minutes. I can see the seconds via the Apple Watch, but not in the app or online. Also, to be able to record the time for each circuit and/or superset.

Within the programs be able to list the exercises under a 10 min Amrap for example. It’s not a circuit or interval. It would be nice to have a clock for the occasional Amrap

agree with this, would like to be able to allow them to enter the amount of reps at the end of the timer for that exercise.

I'd love to combine workout formats and assign amrap circuits within the same workout. For example:
Warm-up set to regular reps
A main circuit of 3 exercises with set reps and targets with a running clock for how long. Example - 12 min amrap aiming for 3-4 rounds of each at RPE 7
I find an amrap structure and/or intervals helps people who build up the workout in their head to be something that takes more time and effort than it actually does. Having a clock running down for the whole or big chunks of the workout aids adherence. Having a function like this still allows me to give calculated targets while still giving people the benefit of something like a timed class that they know is over in x amount of time.
While you technically could do this with the interval function, I believe it could run a bit smoother with an amrap function because I don't need to figure out exactly what kind of time intervals each individual needs to not go too hard or too fast for their assigned reps and RPE.
