CrossFit Style AMRAP workout - Ability to put AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) as a value when adding number of sets.
Currently when putting in a value for the number of sets for the exercise it is not possible to put anything other than a number.
It would be great to have the ability to put in AMRAP if the exercise is to be completed for As Many Rounds As Possible in a set amount of time.
For Example:
AMRAP in 5 minutes
Box Jumps AMRAP x 10 Reps
Pushups AMRAP x 10 Reps

The timer needs improving drastically.
AMRAP & For time options. (Set a a time limit and have a simple plus button to add your rounds)
EMOM (set the number of rounds with a countdown 5 secs before every minute)
Circuit (select number of rounds, work and rest time)
stopwatch (times your workout) -

This is such a necessary thing to have in my eyes, it is a great way to get a client's cardio in while also beating previous performance!

Currrently, there is 1 space other than weight/reps to input info for said exercise.
Other variables like temp "1-1-2-1" or AMRAP or EMOM etc, can we have specific additions we can select rather than everytime manually keying in these? It will help with variations of trainers - strength coaches / hypertrophy / fat loss / strongman / crossfit etc,.

I think this would be great too have! Clients get very confused when I put 0 or 1 in the sets.

Hi all, I found a fantastic application for TABATA exercise. You can set the intervals and listen to music while you perform. You can download it here:

Yep, just posted a similar suggestion, but also requested the ability to set single exercises as timed - eg 30 seconds of farmers walk between 30 seconds of treadmill springs. For AMRAP I currently just put a 'goal' number of sets in for the client, but note the details in the instructions. Client then has to log how many rounds in the notes. Not ideal for tracking.

For AMRAP, a trainer needs to be able to set a 'time' for completing a circuit. For HIIT we need to be able to set a time (eg 30s) of a weighted exercise between treadmill sprints. The client, however needs to be able to note down the total rounds completed, weights and reps.

Exactly! I love AMRAP workouts and find it annoying to have to put a value such as "0" or "1" in number of sets... when really that numerical value shouldn't be there. It only causes confusion for my clients. !
