Assign multiple trainers to one client to share
Some trainers might need to share a client. ie. A trainer is working with a client on mobility/group fitneess. The other trainer is working on core programming.
It will be good to assign the clients to both trainers.

Can we get this moving? This is vital for my team to use the software properly.

Also to allow clients to be assigned multiple trainers during automation.

Really need a trainer role that can be assigned to a certain set, or all clients, but not see the financial side.
2) Also REALLY need to be able to assign multiple trainers to a client, and allow clients to easily access a message bubble to any trainers that are assigned to them.
2b) Being able to assign multiple trainers from the product automation
3) Along with this, being able to oversee all messages between clients/trainers as an owner/admin is vital.

YES!!!! This is so needed! I was going to add it as a new suggestion and I’m glad others are wanting this as well.

This really is a vital feature that needs to be implemented. I need to be able to oversee the interaction of my new trainers as they are assigned clients.
I also am bringing in an assistant who will be answering questions on limited topics, and would like clients to have the ability to message them, while still having a chat bubble to message me.

I have a team of 4. 2 admin assistants and one trainer. We all write the clients in the messenger but it looks like it’s coming from me. It wold be great to have users that could share clients. Right now adding new trainers seems to remove my visibility from the clients information

I agree with Kristy, I would like the ability to assign multiple trainers to one client. I have intern trainers that I want to train on client interaction etc. and I would like for them to be involved with my clients to see how I do it so that they can take over in the event that I go on vacation, or visit family etc.
