Make each product's intro message different/customizable
I have several products on my trainerize and based on which product they choose, their first message is different than another product. I would like intro messages to be customized by product.

Custom one-way/two-way messaging on certain days.
It would be nice to set days (and maybe times) for clients to message their trainer. This would work fantastic for trainers that have High-end/low-end programs. They can allow their low end clients to only message them (for an example) Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 10am-5pm every week.

Ability to set up auto replys to clients workouts.
Ability to set up auto messages when clients complete workouts. For example if I create a leg workout. once they complete it will say AUTOMATICALLY HEY Mike how was that leg workout? Instead of now I have to reach out to them manually when they are done.. This will create great client retention

Shorten or Nickname
For notifications going out to clients, how about instead of having the trainers full name you have a shortened version ie. Steve instead of Stephen Jones or even Jonesy.

Possibility to group exercises with interval timer
It is easy to set a Tabata session, but I would like to set an EMOM with some exercises as a group per minute. Thanks!

See who has put an emoji on a comment in a group message
People are doing a “thumbs up” emoji on my comments to let me know they have seen my post or not in group chats. To be able to easily click on the emoji and see who as done it or not would be very helpful

Be able to create master templates so I don't need to retype each time. I can just click the message.

Have a business support or shared inbox, so the reply workload can be spread out
I want to allow my assistants to be able to log in as themselves, and see messages between me (and/or other trainers) and clients. As is, they have to log in as me, and answer as though it's me, but say "hey, it's Lauren..." Based on the description of the Admin role, it seems like this would have been possible, but it's not. This would be very helpful for studio / enterprise level customers like myself with 300+ clients in the system.
It would help if we can share a collaborative inbox.

A way to bulk delete actions throughout a month
When I delete automated messages or workouts, I have to individually select them to delete them. I’d like a way to select all or select a large group and then delete them

Larger Reply Message boxis To SMALL!
The message window in both the client and the App are entirely too small and on very bottom of screen. It is a waste of a screen to have room for only one line and in a very small font, when that is the main function of the screen. Please make the Type Message window larger to allow for a larger viewing font and not on very bottom of screen. Thanks.

Allow a notification to be sent to the trainer when clients don’t track their food for 3+ days
It would be awesome if you could set up a notification system or an automated message that could be sent out when you clients don’t track their food for 3 + days
