Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Be able to enable/disable daily email notifications for clients

    There used to be daily email notifications for clients and now they are gone. I would like to get them back and be able to enable/disable what clients get them.

  4. Ability to Custom Client Tags

    It would be nice if we could edit the custom client tags we create. For example, if we create a tag that is "nutrition" but a month later we want to change it to "nutrition level 1" we have to create a completly new tag, add that new tag to all clients with the old "nutrition" tag, and then delete the "nutrition tag". This is cumbersome for us.

  7. How to use the app video to send to the clients

    The step by step tutorial that the app has is good, but it's not enough. Some clients skip through it accidentally and can't figure out how to work with the app and it's really hard to explain to them how to when they're not with you. Also, if you can send a video of how the system works to the potential clients or put on our website so they have an idea of what they're signing up for would be great. I found a video but could find a link for it to put it on the my website.

  8. Allow trainers to assign a "pending" client status

    Please allow for the trainer initiated assignment of the client status "Pending" (in addition to active and deactivated).

    This would be for when a person is a potential client but not yet an active paying client (ie we have a consult with or they have otherwise entered into the prospect - lead stage process)

  9. Using the advanced progression sheet even if cliënt hasn't scheduled the workouts

    Now we can only use the progression sheet if the cliënt has scheduled the workout. But I cant schedule the workouts for my cliënt because their workout days may vary from week to week. But I still want schedule the progression of the workouts for them in advance.

  10. Ability to stay on the same page say "Body weight graph" and toggle between my list of clients.

    I want to stay on the calendar or compliance or body weight graph and have an ability to just stay on the same page, but quickly switch between clients.

    Right now when I switch clients, I lose my place.

    I want to just go through all my client's weights in a row for example.

  11. I would LOVE for the system to add stop lights to accounts. Like Red means new system dye GREEN means “all is good”.

    If a client leaves a message OR leaves measurements, pictures or weight... for their trainer there should be a RED (or any color) dot that pops up. This way us trainers would be able to quickly respond to that client needing feedback. Right now it’s EXTREMELY difficult to catch all “check ins” as your looking for clients that submitted their information. I have lost a lot of clients check ins because I didn’t get notified when they left their information.

  12. Allow for notes for a particular day that can only be seen be the trainer. Like a post it note that you could attach to the calendar.

    Can we add a feature to be able to write private notes on a particular day on the client calendar?

  13. File library that a trainer can use to drop to a customer

    Meal prep tips, cheat sheets, specific food stats etc. - you want a library of docs you can upload for the company or trainer that can be used to drop for a customer.

  18. Sort trainers by if they have a profile photo or not

    I need to make sure all my trainers have photos and appear proffesional to our clients. As of now I have to manually browse all the Trainer list to confirm that everyone has a photo

  19. Notification when client uploads photos

    It would be helpful to receive a notification on my phone when a client uploads progress pictures. I am definitely not as quick to get back to clients without this feature as opposed to before I used Trainerize.. progress pic emails would pop up on my phone from clients.
