Zone interval training
Customize zone targets in cardio workouts. Zone 1 for 5 min, zone 2 for 10 min, etc.

Ability to log/track and search for 1RM, 3RM, 5RM, 10 rep max history for each client easily
Currently in the trainerize apk there is a history list and a running bar showing 3 rm, 5rm, max weight ever and max volume. As so, the trainee is unable to quickly check the PRs for the rep range that his/her coach prescribed for the given day.
Solution:Clicking the exercise leads to a history list with date, reps and weight, swiping left leads to a list of all rep ranges (1-15) and the records for these rep ranges.47 votes -

I would like a suggested alternative exercise section
I understand clients can go in and substitute exercises. But I would like to have a list of my suggested alternatives first. I sell master programs and I run into the issue of clients not having the necessary equipment and need an alternative I do not want to go in and build out a million different versions of a master plan to meet each individual client's needs. I would like a way for clients to substitute exercises with that I suggest in case they don't have that equipment.
Another solution that might be a stretch is based on the consultation…

Being able to have timed exercises and repped exercises in the same workout
Many times in my workouts I have both times exercises and repped. For example maybe I want to give them a cardio burst after their repped exercises in a mini circuit. Like rope jumping after bicep curls and triceps extensions, for example. I would like to time the rope jumping and count reps on the other.

Progressions WITHIN a workout
Would be great to be able to make progressions WITHIN a workout without having to copy/paste and do it manually. Right now, all sets have to be the same - would be awesome if we could have (for example) the ability to assign different reps/time/goals across the same circuit

Set a weekly workout goal for compliance. So I can set a 2x per week goal.

Build out on-demand libraries of workouts or classes
I would like the ability to separate out sections in the programs tab like "Yoga", "Pilates", "HIIT" and create libraries of workouts/classes that clients can start whenever they feel like it.

More rest times
Could you add more rest time options such as
75 seconds
100 seconds
2.5 minutes

I use HR Training for all of my endurance athletes especially. They are trying to hit a certain percentage of cardio work in different "zones". This would be such a beneficial feature!

Being able to add set variations within the same exercise
I would love to have the option to add variations of sets within a exercise.
For example : 3 sets of 12 and the 4 set will be a drop set. On the current design I have to ad the exercise again

After completing a workout, there's the animation of the high five or thumbs up. Have the skin tone be customizable.

Scheduling workouts throughout the day
It would be really helpful if there was a way to sort different workouts that happen on the same day. For example, I have my warm ups, cool downs, and workouts separate from one another in the app and I would like to be able sort them in the order of how I would like my clients to perform them.
Suggestion: a drag and drop option to sort the order of workouts and events in the day!
