Programs should be broken down into days (ex. Day 1, Day 2) instead of specific weekdays.
Instead of listing specific days to do workouts, they should be in numbers incase a client starts their program at a random time of the month. And every month has a different amount of days so it overcomplicates scheduling.

Allowing clients to view their upcoming workouts before they begin.
As a coach, I go over every new workout with my students ahead of time. Having them be able to view their new workout before we get on a call makes teaching and learning much easier. I would love for my students to be able to view their new upcoming master program before it actually is scheduled to begin. Thank you.

Option to have “REST” periods be a video
The ability to have as an option a custom video as your rest. Instead of just a countdown timer solely. To be able to have the trainers face during say a 30 second or one minute rest. Let the client know that the next exercise or circuit might have a different set of equipment is a pretty cool way of keeping it very personal
Way less boring and would bring the experience to life more .
It would be like having a trainer say “now it’s time to go get a stability ball and one kettlebell WHILE the timer is…

Allow trainers to see all programs a client has done
I would like to be able to see what programs a client has done so that I know if they’ve done a program or not so I don’t accidently assign it to them again. As of right now I can see what exercises they complete but not the whole program.

We need more stat/measurement options
We need to be able to record measurements like feet and inches (vertical jump, broad jump) and breakdown time to 100th of a second (40 yard sprint etc..)

I would like a suggested alternative exercise section
I understand clients can go in and substitute exercises. But I would like to have a list of my suggested alternatives first. I sell master programs and I run into the issue of clients not having the necessary equipment and need an alternative I do not want to go in and build out a million different versions of a master plan to meet each individual client's needs. I would like a way for clients to substitute exercises with that I suggest in case they don't have that equipment.
Another solution that might be a stretch is based on the consultation…

Ability for clients to select easier/harder exercise (progression or regression)
Ability to add regressions and progression. So clients can progress an exercise to a more challenging version, or regress to an easier version by themselves, without having to think about the right substitution.

Overview interface “scoreboard”
A main screen interface that gives a one screen/page “scoreboard” (overview) of what each client has compleged for the day in terms of workouts, nutrition stats and action items/habits completed. This would really help as for those of us with a good number of private clients, We wouldn’t have to click on each individual person to see what they have done. Would just be a lot more efficient and effective to have a better overview of the entire roster to see what they have done/haven’t done each day! Thx much!

Duplicate and/or Replace an exercise in the workout builder
The ability to duplicate exercises or supersets. AND the ability to replace exercises in an already created workout, so we can simply duplicate a workout, rename, and change the exercises in it, maintaining all timing and reps etc - the functionality needs to be simple but effective; Click on an exercise and be given the option to duplicate or replace. If replace is chosen the next option should be to replace this occurrence only OR all in the workout.

Allow trainers to add automatically tracked strength / performance goals for exercises
Performance goals increase client motivation and encourage them to put in more effort in their training session. Currently, the only way to add a goal, such as increasing the barbell squat weight by 20 lbs is to do a custom goal, but the tracking is manual instead of automatic.

Soreness scale from 1-10
That way I know how sore they actually are for their next workout and I can adjust. 1 being none, 5 being sore but not bothersome; 10 being I can barely move

Give more options for a timer. Start at 5 seconds and once you reach 60 it should not only have the option for 90 after that
Timer should start at 5 seconds for work and for rest and have the ability to do our own timer or continue every 5 seconds after the 60 second mark. 60 to 90 is a big jump. Would like the ability to fully customize
