Add box for Reps, Tempo, RIR, & Notes for each set within each exercise
Add a spot for Reps, Tempo, Reps-in-Reserve (RIR), and Notes for clients to add notes specific for that exercise for their self to track and us as the coach to track.
These should be added for each set of each Exercise.
Coaches should be allowed to configure each set of each exercise exactly how they want.I.E.:
Set 1 - 12 Reps / 3s Negative / 3 RIR / To light increase weight next week
Set 2 - 12 Reps / 2s Negative / 2 RIR / Notes here
Set 3 - 12 Reps / 1s Negative / 1 RIR…1 vote -

Better control of the timer and better timer functionality
The timer function needs an upgrade so that it can only open once as opposed to each and everytime so you have 30+ notifications of the time is up. And the trainer should be able to remove the timer from certain types of programming.

SmartStep Adaptive Progression Engine
Turn baseline test data into an always-on strength-progression algorithm inside Trainerize. Coaches tag a workout as “Testing Week” and assign a vertical list of exercise variations (easiest → hardest). When a client logs their AMRAP set, SmartStep automatically:
Calculates relative strength (load ÷ body-weight or strict rep/hold totals).
Sets weekly rep targets (e.g., 4 → 10 reps across an 8-week micro-cycle) that display on the exercise card.
Flags upgrades once the client hits the target in two consecutive sessions, then auto-swaps the exercise to the next variation in the list (or notifies the coach if manual approval is preferred).

Add STEPS as a field to the Cardio workout for Walking
Hello,
Is there anyway you can add a field for steps for the cardio workout for walking so we can add the exact number of steps manually within that walking time. You have time, distance, max speed, incline, total calories but steps would be great for someone who wants to manually add there steps within that time they walked. Also it would allow me to track my clients steps to the time they walk to make sure they were honest about there input so the time matches up with the steps. Thank you. Would love your feedback on this

Repeating programs for subscription members
I think it would be so valuable for us Coaches to have a platform that allows for our subscription customers to subscribe to our for e.g. 12 week program and not have to continously add new version. When they finish a program is just resets and repeats. This would allow more of your customers to stay using your platform as opposed to branching out and outsourcing different platforms for program repeating abilities.

Allow me to edit workouts after they have been assigned
There needs to be more option for editing workouts and re-using workouts even if they were created by adding a workout a through "create a new workout" from the calendar window. After I assign a workout I should be able to edit it without having to go into workout builder, editing the workout and then reassigning it.

Improved Set Tracking and Completion Flow
Currently, when using the “autofill stats” feature, it pulls in the data from the last time the exercise was completed—which is great. However, the issue arises when a client changes the weight or reps for Set 1; the system automatically applies that same change to all other sets. This makes it difficult to accurately track performance, especially when clients intentionally vary their effort across sets.
A more effective solution would be to display the previous workout’s data as a reference beside each set—similar to how the Liftoff app handles it. Ideally, this would allow users to tap a previous stat…

Allow replacement workout options to be implemented by the trainer to give the client more options if they don’t like a workout
We can create their whole program but there should be a side option when creating the program for exercises that can replaces another if the client desires a change

cardio screen mobile cutoff
The cardio activities' description gets cut off for clients on mobile app. For example, when they open a running cardio activity and I have a sentence/description (i.e four 0.25 mile hard runs followed by a 2 minute walk for rest) that's more than 4-5 words it will cut off the end and they can't see the rest of the sentence on mobile. Very frustrating

build a running workouts / program for client
Writing running or cardio workouts for clients with notes and key points, similar to the option available for strength or mobility workouts. This would allow running coaches to create structured running programs for their clients – for example, interval sessions, tempo runs, technique drills, or any other type of run.

exercise library tags
Can you please make the exercise library tags customizable with the ability to add our own? The way each trainer uses these tags will be different, and what they're tagging may be different. This would help so much in being able to organize/filter exercises when programming. Thanks!
