Add description area next to each exercise.
Even though i might use the videos I still want to include posture/movement reminders. It would be most useful to include it next to each exercise in the workout. To add "notes" at the top of the workout is inefficient and not user-friendly. Noone is going to keep scrolling up to the Notes section throught out the workout.

workout substitutions-
Have the ability to select a reason for substitution. eg.-no cable machine access, or low impact needed and have it recommended a substitution based off of client need or availability.

Make HIIT/interval activity track intervals too, not just the total length of time
HIIT and other interval workouts should be tracking the intervals too, not just the total length of the workout

More filters for Exercises in Freestyle workout builder for clients
Clients do not always know the name of exercises, and it can be confusing for them to sift through so many while creating freestyle workouts. It would be helpful if clients were able to filter exercises by body part, experience level, and equipment type. I have had clients ask about this because they have used BodBot and like the filters for finding exercises.

A workout tracker wherein you can find the performance per workout (for each exercise) over the last weeks, in a clear overview without needing to switch from pages.

Change the options for rest time in workout builder
The options for rest time in the workout builder increase in 5 second increments for 0-60 seconds, but then jump from 60 to 90 seconds. I would like 75 seconds to be added as an option, as well as 2.5 and 3.5 minutes, etc.

New phase pop-up
It would be great if whenever a client is starting a new phase that it popped up as soon as they enter the app that day or try to start their workout. Otherwise, clients are wondering why their workout is different or need an explanation when it is all explained under the phase and they forget to look at it.

Allow Clients to share specifics of workouts not done using the app.
I have quite a few clients who want to use my services for nutrition only. Would be nice if they. had a way to upload their workouts so we know what they are doing at boutique type places (such as Orange Theory, CrossFit, etc.).

Make the app prevent clients from being able to screenshot their workouts.
In an industry where we are all paid for our ideas. I think it would be a good feature to prevent client from being able to screenshot their workouts in app. This way somebody cannot cancel when they are out of contract and take your workouts and continue to use them.

I would like to sync my polar device with Trainerize but I don’t have a Apple Watch so I’m **** out of luck.

Expansion of Trackable Performance Goals
Automatically tracked goals, similar to the weight goal, would be useful.
Examples could be 1RM, 3RM, 5RM, 1km run, 5km bike, 500m row etc.

Complete Workout Builder
I would like to be able to build a full weekly program when I create a workout where I can add more than one daily sessions.
This will make it easier for me to store and save workouts without clogging up the folders. (Mass workout 5-days, bodyweight workout 3-days a week, .....)1 vote -
Review by Workout Filter Fix
The Review by Workout filter only shows the current workout selected, so is not really a filter. Adding the ability to select any workout in the program, or at least the current phase, would be helpful.

you can already do this on waking but I'd like to be able to use this box to personalise the plan & name the fitness class or hiit session

Allow additional individual workouts in subscribed programmes
I run a few different 'squads' in my client base. Many of these squads follow the same periodised training programmes, where I use the master programme function and subscribe them to it. However, individuals within the squad often require some additional workouts, but these can't be added when they are subscribed to a master programme. Adding these individual sessions to the master workout can make it confusing for the rest of the squad.
Having the ability to add individual workouts in conjunction with a master programme would be appreciated for maximum flexibility of the system.
