This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Bulk email clients from the app

    Bulk Email to clients

    It would be great to be able to send emails in bulk to clients if we are sending out a weekly newsletter something similar.

  2. ability to undo archiving a message

    I accidentally archived a message, but it's hard to find the thread again. Wish there was a way to quickly undo what I did.

  3. Show the next 24 hours of scheduled messages

    If there was a way to see the next 24 hours of scheduled messages it would make it easier to edit them as needed.

  4. Add assistant coach to existing chat

    I would love to see the ability to add an assistant coach to an existing chat between the head coach and the athlete. I don't want to assign athletes to another coach and lose the relationship completely, but add them into my chat so they continue to get automated messages from me and the assistant coach has full access to it as well.

    A group also isn't a good option for what I'd like as it would take away from the automated messages already programmed.

    I would like an option when using a link in messages or groups to have the option to hide the link preview or change how big the link preview is.

  6. The ability to delete automated messages completely

    I set up reminders for clients session (for forever) you cannot undo that, only clear it from their calendar month to month.

  7. Allow trainers to decide who gets the auto messages rather than the entire clientele list.

    I have different packages available some people get one on one coaching at some people opt for a self paced workout guide. I would like to be able to turn on my messages to some people who chose to do self paced because some don’t make sense when they are doing the workouts on there own time and speed.

  9. Can we get some different response emojis?

    The tongue one is confusing. I can’t tell if it’s laughing or grossed out lol. It would be nice to have a laughing one or even a sad one instead of thumbs down.

  11. Toggle auto-messaging on or off for a custom client type

    the auto messages are great but it would be much better if we could turn them on/off for individual clients instead of all or nothing

  12. Set away time and mutes messages on off-work hours

    I have a client that messages me at all hours of the night. Being able to mute these messages so I don’t get notified & can just see them in the morning.

  13. Include emoji options when replying to comments on clients workouts

    Emoji keyboard needed when replying to clients on a laptop. ATM only option for emoji is in direct messages or on mobile device.

  14. edit auto messages without having to copy and paste and delete

    Currently, to edit an auto message you need to copy the current one, delete it, paste, then edit. It would be great to edit directly.

  15. Automated Messaging with actions that can trigger different journeys

    We are only able to send 3 messages in a sequence. It would be helpful if we could further automate messages by programming options in the initial message, then have the following messages sent based on the client answer. For example, Trainers initial message asks a yes, or no question. Once received, the client selects the answer, the follow up messages from trainer are then based on the client's selection.

  16. Search feature on the message system. That way if we have to go back and look for something, we don't have to scroll forever.

    If we have to go back and look for something specific, it takes a pretty long time to scroll back. We have a lot of clients who have been with us for well over a year..and more. Searching the history of messages can take a really long time.

  17. Messenger Chatbox

    Have a similar feature to Facebook where you can access your messages on any page. It's a hassle switching back and forth to messages amongst doing other things. Having chat boxes in the bottom right would be so convenient.

  18. Screenshot

    I want to be able to send screenshots from my laptop. I have tons of pictures and motivational quotes saved as screenshots. When I attempted to put one in a message, the system wouldn't allow it. I essentially had to save the picture to a document, download it as a pdf, then put it in the message to send. That's was time consuming.

  19. Auto Responder FAQ To Clients

    I would like to be able to set up an auto responder to in app messages on Trainerize, so that when a client sends a message they are prompted to click on a link to an FAQ sheet.

    This would cut down on the amount time trainers need to spend responding to simple messages.

  20. Ability to mass message from mobile app

    Why can’t we send a mass message from the IPhone app? Select multiple clients and send a message. It only works from the web based site?
