Side By Side Progress Photo Feature Not Working
My client tried to use the side-by-side progress photo feature through the mobile app to assess her progress photos but it wasn't working. We would press the "tap to compare" and it would only show the photo on the left-hand side. The right hand side photo it has not been showing up. This blocks my client from being able to view her own progress photos side-by-side. I had her log out and log back in but the same problem still exists

Allow the coach download a data set from several members in one go to one file.
Every week I have to click into member profiles individually to get weigh in data, nutrition data etc. If I could select the clients and the data set I wanted to download it would save massive time and would be nice to see it all in one file!

Display current/latest body stat measurements in 'Add Body Stats' page
When clients update their body stats we currently export their existing data before taking new measurements for instant comparison and coaching. This is annoying and takes time. It is cumbersome for general fat loss clients to check through each individual measurement to get a view of their body composition changes.
Please add the last taken measurements to the 'Add Body Stats' window - maybe greyed out so that you can enter on top.
If this was available I may even keep my offline clients in the app for data management.
Thank you!!5 votes -
Allow clients and trainers to see weekly body weight data entries, as opposed to 3 months and longer
There used to be the feature whereby trainers and clients could see bodyweight progress week to week, however now it is only over a 3 month period or longer

Have the ability to delete all prior personal bests
Sometimes a client has an injury or for some other reason, needs to reset their training progress. It would be helpful and motivating to the client if we could wipe out all the prior personal bests (without deleting their training history) so they could set new ones. Besides injury, this is also helpful if a client has taken time off or has peaked for a event and is rebuilding.

Allow for a 30 rolling days option for all charts
Instead of separating each month in the charts, you can have a "30 rolling days" option. When looking at the charts, I would like to see data points from the past 30 days. It's tough to see it all when I have to go back and forth between months.

Change Progress graph timeframes from calendar months to a rolling timeframe.
Currently, the graphs can only be displayed using full calendar months.
eg.
1M - Nov
3M - Sep/Oct/Nov
6M - Jun/Jul/Aug/Sep/Oct/NovIf a client starts in the middle of Oct, and we review in the middle of Nov, we're only able to show half of Nov's data(1M). or zoom out to a full 3 calendar months just to see 31day's of progress.
A rolling timeframe of days or weeks gives us a report that is easier to read, eliminates wasted graph space, and looks more professional.
e.g. Display Previous:
30 days
60 days
90 daysGiven that Trainerize already requires…

Ability to calculate waist to hip ratio
Add an option to look at body measurements in total based on what we have the clients measure. Given it is impossible to "spot" reduce, I prefer to encourage my clients to look at the total inches plus/minus vs. each specific area.
Also, Waist to Hip ratio is critical for overall health - could that also be a measure that is auto-calculated.

Add progress photos from previous dates in the app
When adding progress photos for clients on the app, they can only add photos for the current day.
The date can be edited while using the web version but not the app.
Also with the web version, trying to upload photos doesn't often work because they have to be less the 5mb file size. It's odd because the app allows literally the same photo which is about 16mb. So the only way to upload a photo from a previous date is to go into the app, upload the old photo under today's date, then go into the web version and…1 vote -
Fix the resolution for pictures and videos
The resolution for pictures and videos always appear blurry. Especially after the update. I have clients complain of this all the time stating that the resolution of their pictures and videos are great until they upload them. If this was improved no doubt the client would have a better experience and be able to compare progress better as well.

Copying Client Programs copies the progression spreadsheet as well.
Currently, when you map out several days in the calendar you can edit those days in a progression spreadsheet. However, if you try to copy that program over to another client it only copies the "Workout Builder" portion and not the calendar changes.
Proposed change
Master Programs if "scheduled" copies to clients program. That way if you periodize 6 weeks, you don't have to re-type every change for every client on every exercise.
Client programs if "scheduled" copy over changes made to the "progression spreadsheet". The master workouts tab doesn't allow for planned periodization and often forces me to write…
