This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. The ability to create quizzes

    Have a section where we can build out custom learning courses where they check off each step before they can move on to the next one. Each step can include text, survey/quizzes, or videos. It would be nice to create our own library of these courses to upsell or offer free to clients.

  2. Make it so we can see other scheduled workouts on the calendar when we are scheduling them. It was a feature previously.

    In the past, it showed different colors for different workouts that had already been scheduled in the calendar. Make it so once I schedule one workout for the month, it shows up on the calendar when I go to schedule the other workouts so I don't end up doubling up workouts on the same day.

  3. Scrollable Workout, Program etc. Pages instead of multiple shorter pages

    When looking at the Master Libraries or Client's training program you have to navigate through multiple short pages to see all of the items. It would be easier to navigate one long scrolling page.

    Moreover, it is not intuitive that in order to select all of the workouts you have to click the square box and select "select all workouts". The software should be more conservative and easier to navigate.

  4. Only allow for certain exercise substitutions

    When setting up a master program, I would like to have it so that only certain exercises can be substituted for the exercises in the program.

    Example: I want clients to be able to sub cable exercises for the equivalent resistance band exercise but nothing else. Allowing clients to substitute for the entire master library not only can’t guarantee them the best, most effective work out but it also put us as trainers at risk if they were to pick something above their level.

  5. Create a customized option under "cardio" for the calendar.

    Create an option under "cardio" in the calendar while scheduling. When I'm creating my client's calendar I have to pick one of the set cardio to show when our PT sessions are. I'd like to be able to put that on the schedule but there isn't any option. Thank-you

  7. Link goals with training + alerts

    Link exercises with goals & alerts
    Ie. If you set a deadlift training goal of 150kg x 5 reps, when the client inputs the data of hitting that weight and reps, it sends an alert to the trainer and client letting them know they reached their goal.

  8. The ability to choose how much of a training phase a client sees at one time

    Instead of making smaller phases, have a training phase look-ahead option (like the calendar look-ahead) that would allow you to set how much of a training phase a client sees at one time; this would be useful for larger phases that do not make sense to break up into smaller slots of time.

  9. Notify clients when there's a new on-demand workout

    I have a program called TFL Trainer Coaching with all of my in-depth coaching videos on form, nutrition, and exercises. These videos are listed as on-demand workouts. As I do more and more, I would love for the app to organize them with the newest at the top, With the exception of allowing me to pin one to the top (similar to a facebook group feature), and I would like the app to notify the client when there is a new one added.

  10. schedule workouts in programs

    When scheduling workouts within a program, it would be extremely helpful to be able to see what days already have workouts on them. In other words, if I want to use the "schedule" button in the program builder to schedule "Workout 1" and "Workout 2" on alternating days, it would help to see what days already have a workout in them, as opposed to showing a blank calendar each time I open "Schedule." Maybe each workout within a program can have a different color, so I can see what days have what workout in them? Otherwise I'm always cross-referencing with…

  12. Total volume for each exercise within the session plan

    It would be great if at the bottom of each exercise there was a total volume displayed in consideration of the sets reps and weight selected.
    Even better if it could be changeable if you add more sets etc.
    This would be helpful for the clients to ensure they're progressively overloading.

  13. on demand instructions

    Add instructions on how to best utilize an on demand program under the main heading of the program so clients are clear on how to implement or supplement their main programs. I currently explain how to use them but it would be nice if it was in writing as well in a clear location.

  14. letting clients have access to ALL past workouts and phases, not just the "current phase"

    letting the clients keep access to ALL their weeks in a program (not just the current phase) so that they can go through it again or be able to "choose" programs to do or subscribe to without the trainer having to manually subscribe them

  16. Calendar View Options for Program Building

    From the trainers and client point of view, within the software, we see the sequential number of days since they started a training phase. Instead, it could include an option to change the view of the sequential training days to an exact calendar date of that particular year? It would be from the client and trainer point of view so that no matter how you look at it the client or the trainer can see their programming calendar the exact way they prefer.   17. Allowing clients to rate RPE for each exercise and keep track of it

    Allowing clients to rate RPE for each exercise and keep track of it. Self explanatory but would be very helpful especially for beginner clients that are getting used to learning how to track RPE RIR, and if they can lookback and see the same exercise, maybe they used the same weight reps, but RPE is lower now they are progressing

  20. Progression Spreadsheet should be built in with the edit screen.

    You should allow for the monthly progression to be done while creating the workout as well.
