Allow resistance exercises to be set by trainer as 'timed', while still allowing client to log weight, reps and sets
For AMRAP, a trainer needs to be able to set a 'time' for completing a circuit. For HIIT we need to be able to set a time (eg 30s) of a weighted exercise between treadmill sprints. The client, however needs to be able to note down the total rounds completed, weights and reps.
