Clients sign waivers with finger on their app
On the app Mind Body the professional usually has a waiver and/or agreement that the client can review and sign with their finger.
This is better than having them view the document, print off, sign, scan and email back. Plus an electronic version on the app through your system seems much more safe.
I would love to know that my clients can access it first before beginning any exercise programs.
Maybe an electronic version of the Par-Q would also help with boxes for them to check. All of these additions would help the trainers using this product feel more safe.

Definitely think this should be added into the consultation form or something to cover all trainers

It would be GREAT to be able to sign waivers and contracts right into the app! It’s been very difficult trying to stay professional and not being able to do everything through trainerize.
have the ability to sign contract or waivers

I have it set up so that their welcome email sends the ParQ, Health History, etc. But, I would like it to be saved this way to their profile. That way, I know its in one place with all of their progress and workouts. I'd also like to be able to send them forms through Trainerize after their initial sign-up that they can fill out and save to their profile so that I can access it in-app.

This is a great idea and would not only save time for the trainer and client, but also make us look much more professional
It would be ideal if when the client first logs into the Trainerize app, they are asked to fill out a custom PARQ form and sign it on their smartphone. Then their answers and signature could be plugged into a printable PDF and attached to their profile. This would eliminate the need to print/scan/photograph anything.
I use LumonFit for Release/Waivers and PARQs as well as for tracking Body Dimension/Composition, Postural Assessments, and other assessments. It would be nice if this info could somehow be transferred to Trainerize or if the two apps could "Talk" to one another somehow.
