I have clients requesting their workout calendar syncs with their personal calendar, like google. Can we make that happen?

To schedule catch ups with clients
It would be great to be able to sync the Trainerize Calendar with other external calendars e.g. Google (for both clients and trainers)
Yes, definitly something I’d love to be able to do within Trainerize

With regards to the new appointment app. Thank you this is great. Could I suggest providing more options to select from, or allowing the trainer to make one?
For example, if I the trainer want the client to schedule their weekly phone consult and personal training session. The client can do so on their end and it automatically populates the calendar for both of us to see.
The second feature in the appointment calendar would be to show the times and days already taken for all clients to see. This then prevents double booking.
Thank you. Have a great day.

I use Mindbody for class scheduling, client online scheduling, automated payments, and online sales. Now that you guys have added a payment feature, I'm only one feature away of doing away with MINDBODY altogether and using only Trainerize! Having everything in one platform will make my day!!
If you are using trainerize for any of your in person clients it would be helpful to be able to charge a client either per session or package of sessions and be able to check their sessions out as they come in.
Add a client/trainer schedule for personal training. Currently I type in appointments in my iPhone calendar which is time consuming.

Agreed. This would be a HUGE timesaver.

It would be good to have a future to book a client in a calendar for the personal training session

It would be great is there was a way for the trainer to track the reps and weight used during their one-on-one training sessions with clients. For instance, if I check in with Adriana and she is being worked out by me, it would be great to be able to select an exercise, and record number of reps and weight used during that exercise so we can look back on progress.

A dashboardview showing a master calendar of all clients would be great, so we could see in more detail who missed what.
Right now under the tag "missed scheduled workout" I have to enter in to each clients calendar to see the details and it's very time consuming.

It would be great to view all of my clients session bookings and appointments on one calendar, so that when it comes to making changes to sessions, it can be found all in one place. It would also allow the trainer to view the day, or week ahead and ensure everything is scheduled.

Yessss please. Google Calendar! Customers are requesting it.
I understand that this would be tricky with the way new Programs work, but it seems like it could be structurally workable as long as someone isn't Subscribed to a program (rather, copy to).

It would be a huge convenience if I were able to manage my in-person client schedule/calendar from my dashboard. Track their sessions and update the amount of session left based on the package they buy. Right now i have to use Google calendar which is not bad but definitely would prefer a simple interface on my dashboard.

I'd like to add "Sync appointments and allocate or charge (redeem) from an existing package? Now that Trainerize added the Payments feature.
It would be nice if clients could pay for more sessions from the app.

It would be great if you could integrate Booker scheduling software with your app. I use booker for all of my appointment scheduling, retail sales and accepting payments for services.
We need a way to track what clients have paid for in the Trainerize platform.
I would like to see a way to enter, under individual client accounts, how many sessions they have paid for (personal training, group PT, and classes), and have the system deduct from the appropriate count when the client checks into that workout. Trainers will need to set whether each assigned workout is a PT workout, group PT, or class. We also need the options to set the workout as 'free' and 'bonus' so that we can assign workouts that don't deduct from the clients' paid workouts.
This can be done without an integrated payment system (until one is available) and will greatly reduce lost income errors. Right now, it is way too easy to accidentally post a workout to a client's calendar that has not been paid for. The system should alert us to the fact that a client's account balance for a particular type of session or class is $0 when we try to assign one.
