Voice messages!
It’s a bit hard to get your excitement or instructions across when sending written messages so I think voice messaging would be a great addition. I’ve had clients reach out to me this way on IG and the response is much more fluid.

Voice memo capability so that we do not have to sit and type out messages to clients. I use an app currently but would LOVE having all communication centralized with the app by having voice memo capabilities.

For some reason I thought this was already feature.
My clients really enjoy when I send them voice clips instead of just typing. THIS IS A MUST and should be a priority!

We only have text capability on messenger which makes it harder to send a quick message to clients. Voice memos would be amazing!

I've seen this has been asked in the past and have been waiting patiently for it to be introduced. Clients are beginning to use voice notes more and more now and I am getting them on all platforms such as whatsapp, messenger, IG etc which is taking clients away from communicating with me exclusively through the app. This should be a high priority.
