Menstrual period tracking in app and shade the weight loss graph a different colour for coaches
When females have their menstrual cycle, it would be great to be able to see it on the chart with their weight loss, in a different colour

So when I’m on my period I’m usually low energy and can also feel bloated and my weigh in is usually a bad week. So knowing that this is relating to period cycle would be helpful for a PT, it also helps to avoid awkward conversations where you have to explain to your PT that you’re on your period.

Allow clients who have periods to track their menstrual cycle - so coach can adapt program around this if need be

I feel like this feature is a need. Women have unique physiology, being able to see visual representations of our clients’ menstrual cycles will help us be better coaches and address unique challenges brought on by the menstrual cycle. I think it would help make coaches also to be able to correlate certain symptoms with their clients’ cycles. Women are more likely to invest in coaching than men and the fact that this isn’t a feature yet, kinda sucks.

I think it’s important for trainers and female clients to know and understand what day of their cycle they are on and how it can affect their workout. Syncing with an app like natural cycles, flo or Wild AI could be really beneficial for coaching data.

It would be a great idea to be able to link your period tracking app. This way your training can be adapted to your follicular and luteal phases

NEED! This would be incredible to help women understand their cycles, differing energy levels, strength, motivation and cravings - More education needs to be shared on this topic.
A menstrual tracker would be super beneficial for perimenopausal women too.
An amazing retention tool too if we had one in house rather than linked to another app

Create a period tracker within the app system so woman can track their cycles and determine the best weights to lift and style of workout they need to align with their period! It can also help us as coaches determine their progress each week. The period has a lot to do with our training!!

Adding a period tracker into the app so we can adjust our female clients weight volume and intensity depending on where they are in their cycle.

This is so important! All my female clients used to track their period and now that i use the App, we don‘t have this option any more.

This is an essential component that needs to be brought in with so much focus now on female health. We are all very aware of the affect that time of the month can have so being able to see that along with client weight and weight they are lifting would be great along with a way to track symptoms

It would be great to have a period tracker - Oura ring have this feature based on when the client logs their period start date for the first time, then it would automatically set the menstrual phase each month. On the Oura ring you are then asked 'has your period started' so you can confirm whether they have started as predicted. Having an emoji scale rating based on how they're feeling would be super useful.

Integrate Trainerize with Flo for coaches to see what menstrual phase the female client is in

How to track their period, estimate when the next will happen, identify phases in between….this could be highly educational for a client to learn her body and how things change with each phase including strength, mood, hunger, energy, etc.

This would be brilliant, as weight and body comp can change drastically depending on stage of menstrual cycle

I have been searching (and would switch over in a heartbeat), but there is literally NO personal trainer software designed to let trainers set up programs based around female bodies. Menstrual tracking should be a bare minimum.
I am waiting for FITRwoman or WILD to expand their coach dashboard but if we could integrate with those apps or even Oura, that would at least be a start.
I swear, the first software to take these metrics seriously is going to win the market
And indirectly, moving away from body weight based metrics (or at least giving us the option to turn off a forced body weight stat upon sign up)

This would be epic, and for it to show more information about it to help educating them.

Yes! This would be an amazing component on the training app. Cycle biofeedback is something I take into consideration for all of my clients. This affects a woman's training amongst other things, it would be great as their coach to easily track this with them.
