Right now, the looping format is only for Trainerize videos. Make it also available for custom videos.

Add warmup sequences
Add warmup sequence for specific body parts or general warmup so we can re-use.
Please add your specific exercises to the comments, with any youtube videos. That will help us execute on this idea if we have specific exercises we can execute on.

Add an option to track band resistance (ie. light, med, heavy) under the "Type" category within a single exercise. A lot of my at home clients have only bands at home and I still want them to keep track of which resistance they are using so that over time they can progress to a heavier band.

Add more body weight exercises
During COVID 19 can you add more body weight and/or pilates type exercises. Clients have limited equipment at home.Im spending hours adding youtube videos that take clients AWAY from Trainerize site.

Custom Exercise Measurements/Types
Right now we have a few exercise types to choose from. Example:
- Strength: track REPS and WEIGHT
- Endurance: track REPSBut what about when we need to track something else to see progress? Example, pseudo planche pushup. This is an exercise that is progressed by leaning further and further forward to increase resistance. So I would want to track REPS and INCHES.
Some other examples:
- incline pushups: track hand height from the ground.
- incline rows: track hand height from the ground or body angle.
- step up squats: track height of step

Have a "hiking" option for workouts
Instead of "walking", it would be nice to distinguish "walking" from "hiking" in my clients programs.

Senior (55+) exercises
Seniors have different needs. The aging body and various medications limit what can be done. Chair exercise would be one example.

Ability to enter RPE after each set
There should be a third box after each set to note down the RPE of the given exercise of that set. This would make it easy to use from a Powerlifting and Strength training perspective.

Client able to “star rate” workouts
I think it would be a great way to get some feedback but more important be able for everyone to see the star rating of a workout. So they can say, wow this workout’s is 4 out of 5 rating. I want to try it out!

Sort exercises
Be able to sort exercises into muscle groups. For example if I want shoulder exercises, I choose shoulders and then I can choose from the list or being able to sort it by category for example lower body exercises, upper or abs.

Custom Video Filter
When looking through exercises, we customize a lot of videos so want to search specifically for ours but when we add the filter for “custom exercises only” it still shows some stock videos.

ADD RESISTANCE BAND EXERCISES
I cant find any exercises that use hip circles (booty bands) and i would love to add them in for my clients.

Thanks for your great suggestion! We’ve just added a whole new batch of resistance band exercises to the library.
We will be adding another batch of new banded exercises next month. These will be focused on movements that require the band to be affixed to a door or rack. Looking forward to sharing that with everyone.

Add Reps in Reserve (RIR) after every set
It would be useful to understand how the clients find each exercise / set rather than the workout as a whole. I find the overall rating isn’t a true reflection.
