Ability to check in with a weekly form with questions for accountability would be great

Other apps have a check in feature.
You should be able to add questions for them to answer along with them uploading their photos and measurements.
Its really annoying they dont have this.

The only reason I am on a 30-day trial and not convinced to sign up is due to Trainerize being the only online coaching platform that doesn't have 'forms' or some kind of customizable weekly check in process.

Currently just on a 30-day trial and this is the only thing stopping me signing up fully.

This is so important!!! Something we can customize!

My ultimate goal is to have a client download 1 app and have everything in it - having a check in form of some type would help keep them in the app and everything in one place. Many other fitness apps have this feature.

This needs to happen now! It’s ridiculous that this isn’t done. i can only speak for myself but I pay way too much to be using Google docs, sheets or other items to get client check ins done outside this app. It’s ridiculous.

Ability to send customizable check-in forms to clients so that we can check in with their overall progress/feedback/new goals. (Similar to the consultation form but with the option to send it weekly or biweekly.)

A form that allows us to check in with our clients away from our sessions. This form should be automatic and can be scheduled to suit our time and clients.

This should already be a feature! I have separate spreadsheets to do my check ins and it's alot more time and effort on my end

100% a requirement, seems like a fairly reasonable approach as to have to manage multiple forms/submissions is very time consuming

Why has this not been integrated yet?! Having to send separate forms for feedback etc is a nightmare and would make it so much easier if we could send a form through the app and have it all together

The Kahunas app has some very cool features including daily habits log and weekly client check in auto forms. super simple for clients to quickly fill in and send.

I think there is currently a really big gap in the way we can track data for clients outside of food eaten and macros.
I think it would be really useful for clients to be able to input daily feedback based around adherence, stress levels, energy, mood, libido, digestion, cycle-related information. Many of these could be on a scale of 1- (1 low, 10 high) and could be able to sit on the dashboard each day for the client to complete at the end of the day. Perhaps they could be custom metrics that the coach can add in?
I also think a more in depth weekly check in form would be a fantastic addition and make the nutrition coaching service a lot more comprehensive.
I was a coach that has come from google sheets and the feedback I have received from clients is that while the app is very user friendly, the reporting ability is really lacking and they don't feel like they are able to give the same level of feedback.
Also- PLEASE can we have it so we can set macros for each day of the week for clients who may want higher cals on training days or weekends ?? -

Would love to schedule the check in that includes each client's link to their check in form.
