Add a ten second chime to signal rest period coming to an end.
During rest periods, an added chime at "10 seconds remaining" to signal the nearing end of the rest period. This will signal the client to return to position and prepare for the next set when the rest period is over.

Ability to create and save small sequence of exercises, and load them in workout builder
I think it would be useful having the ability to create small sequences of exercises (ex. 3-4 mobility exercises for hyperlordosis) and save them in a specific database...
..So when I create/modify a workout I should just load the specific sequence I need instead of inserting every single exercise one at a time1 vote -

I use "The Prehab Guys" exercise library all the time, and I find that the trainerize library lacks in some programming areas. Is there a way for you to allow us to link to their library (like you do Youtube)? That would be a GAMECHANGER for me! :)

Added Cardio Option
First, I love the app! Great job!! Can we add "Home Chores/ Yard Work" to Cardio options. I have Moms just getting started and that's a great way to get them up and moving and feeling accomplished.

Ability to remove specific, repeating cardio entries without deleting all cardio
For example, If I have Stair Climbing and Runing on alternate days of the week, at this time if I want to remove the running in bulk) without deleting each individual occurrence) I need to delete all cardio. Perhaps an option to just delete "running" so that stair climbing remains.

Increase size of the program list window.
When you have many programs it's difficult to read from the list as the window is too small. It only shows a limited amount of characters.
It would be good if it opened in it's own winddow so you can be more orgainised with your programs and get a clearer perspective

Add the ability to add weight for banded exercises
Many brands have weighted bands. With as many home workouts occur, please allow the ability for clients/trainers to input the weight of bands that the client uses/should be using.

Make Freestyle Workouts made in the calendar Duplicatable
Right now if you make a freestyle workout directly in the calendar on a mobile device, there is no way to duplicate it, share it, or add it to a program after. In order to do this, you must go back in and recreate it all over. I think it would be a great idea if after you make a freestyle workout directly in a calendar you could go back and share it to another clients program, or even save it to a mater program.

Some ideas around 1RM
1) Being able to manually enter a client's 1RM for an exercise
2) Using percentages of 1RM to prescribe a workout weight, this is especially useful for the long-term progression of programs

I have clients that are requesting to schedule their workouts onto their calendar
I have clients requesting their workout calendar syncs with their personal calendar, like google. Can we make that happen?
For example, I want to do "Workout A" tomorrow at 9am.

Be able to hide the kettlebell icon so clients can't access their programs unless they're scheduled in their calendar by their coach
This way we can charge in person PT for programing specifically. Currently the clients can just go into this part of the app and see all the programs we've done in our PT sessions so they don't need to pay extra

We should have the ability to shorten the training phase as they aren't always a week long or in weekly increments

workout compliance
Low workout compliance gets calculated weekly on Sunday. I would like to know that the client has low workout compliance every 3 days, NOT WEEKLY. I want to catch that sooner.

Import existing workout into another workout
Be able to import workouts into other workouts - this would enable us to create warmup, primary lift, burnout metcons, and cooldowns and use them interchangeably as templates for various clients

Expanded Programing Screen
When I input exercises into the workout the names of exercises get cut off. Sometimes exercise variations have nearly identical names and having the names cut off makes it more tedious to manage. I've tried "zooming out" on the browser but that changes the size of the exercise database more than improving the actual workout layout

Option to "apply to all" exercises for timer/ rest
Option to "apply to all" for timer/rest, typically I use the same amount of time through the entire workout, the act of going through every move and making it a timed moved and manually picking the same amount of time is very time consuming
