Training days and rest days macros. Add macros in overall program.
Being able to prescribe training day macros and rest day macros to a client would be ideal. Also being able to add daily nutrition goals and habits to the overall program would be awesome. Thanks.24 votes

Allow to Change the order of workouts/cardio session when placed on the calendar
When placing multiple workouts on a single day for clients unless scheduled specifically in order the workouts are uploaded at random.23 votes
Ability to plan out muscle group volume by sets
It can be challenging to calculate just how much volume a particular muscle group will receive in a workout and week. It would be great if the app could graph how many sets a particular muscle group will be exposed to in a workout and across the week when planning training programs. It would greatly benefit stimulus/fatigue management. I can't imagine this being too difficult to implement as the exercise library already has the main muscle groups for an exercise recorded; it would just need to calculate total sets per muscle group and graph/table it.22 votes

Allowing Freestyle Workouts to be saved in clients workout
When I create a freestyle workout, sometimes I want clients to re do that exact workout. There should be a way you can copy freestyle workout without having to re write the workout.21 votes

edit rest periods in progression window along with sets & reps
I would like to be able to edit the rest periods along with the sets/reps in the progression set up. as the reps increase or decrease, I would like to adjust the rest time accordingly workout to workout, or even set to set.21 votes

I love that we are able to build workouts as regular, circuit or timed. But I often build workouts for my clients that include number rep ranges and with timed reps. All my clients love the timer feature of the interval training timer. So I wish we were able to use the timed rep feature as an option when building a regular workout.21 votes
Graduate a client - Export their data
When a client "graduates" and completely stops training with you, it would be nice with a "Graduate" button which exports all his workouts (nicely, so he could print it), all his stats, meal plan, etc., into 1 PDF file which you can e-mail to them.
The export could have settings to choose which training plan to export, or choosing what time period.
The file could even have a nice front page, and a "About your trainer" section, a list of Personal Bests, links to social media, etc,.21 votes
Allow for multiple day viewing when designing programs
It would be helpful when designing a multi-day program to be able to see all the days at once so that you can avoid duplicate exercises, progress certain exercises, move exercises to different days, etc... Currently you have to have multiple tabs open, can be tedious for 4-5x week programs21 votes

I work with a lot of hikers/outdoors people, and they like to share their mileage and elevation gain, not just the time it took to hike.

Be able to program regular/circuit/interval styles in one workout
When building a workout it would be useful to be able to use multiple formats- ie: regular and interval, rather than having to make them separately.20 votes

Add more capabilities for printing workouts
It would be cool to be able to download a picture and video for the same exercise and have the option of switching between them on the fly for printing purposes. When I print a template workout, it only shows the thumbnail of the video, which doesn't always show the correct angle of the exercise to be performed. It would be nice to be able to click on a button and change all the thumbnail videos to pictures of my choice for each exercise. The way it's set up right now, I have to choose between uploading a video or picture, but can't do both for the same exercise. Also, I've noticed when uploading a custom picture for the exercises, Trainerize crops it automatically using a 4:3 ratio when printing the exercise program, losing parts of the pic. And lastly, when printing a workout that's 2 pages long or more, Trainerize doesn't do a good job of page breaking (it shows the first half of the exercise at the bottom of the page and second half on top of the second page). Maybe have a fix for these in the future? I realise Trainerize is made to be used as an online solution primarily, so these printing issues may be a big deal for most trainers or clients.

Add options to record biometric measurements. Total Cholesterol, LDL Cholesterol, HDL Cholesterol, Triglycerides, Glucose, BMI, Waist Circum
Add options to record Bio-metric Measurements along with the current body stats. Total Cholesterol, LDL Cholesterol, HDL Cholesterol, Triglycerides, Glucose, BMI, Waist Circumference. This would be great for tracking chronic disease risk factors. Would be great for corporate wellness programs.20 votes

You need to add more features for drills in between exercises and also to add for the client that looks for a more of a body weighted type exercises.basically free of machime or devices. You can still incorporate dumbells with the plyometrics exercises as an advance movement20 votes
Ability to build workout programs without using client profiles.
Trainerize is in great need for a workout program tab... Currently creating workout programs cost 1-3 dollars a month per program. This is such a basic feature that should be built in trainerize. I have well over a 100 workout program templates that I would like to freely build on trainerize but I can't due to the financial constraints that trainerize has put in place (i.e. having to use a client account for each template we create).20 votes
