Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Allow an exercise to be used more than once in a workout i.e. Sled sprint, row ergometer, burpee, etc... Without setting up a custom exercis

    Instead of adding a new "custom" exercise everytime you want to double up on an exercise such as in a metabolic conditioning circuit, allow us to add the same exercise without having to create custom execisev#2 , custom exercise #3, etc

  4. Be able to upload a photo already taken not just a new photo.

    I am just signing on and my clients would like their old info and pictures in the system as well. Tried to upload photo from phone and there is not an opton.

  5. music disruptions , a way to not allow trainerize to shut off music , losing subscribers that dont want to go in to app for this reason

    A way to keep music playing during use of app , having multiple complaints that the app is shutting off their music. I know it doesn't seem like a big deal but in todays world people don't want anything disrupting use of multiple app running. For instance using app shuts down spotify. This needs to be resolved so that clients can jive to the the workout music will make working out a better overall experience I have seen apps like map my run allowing music to be played without disruption.

  6. Check Box for Assigned Cardio and Results Box...

    The Check Box allows us to assign cardio activity. Included should be the choice of assigning a specific target heart rate, duration and/or distance.

  7. Not erase the workouts in a clients training plan when putting them on a new plan

    When adding another training plan onto the end of a previous plan, it would be nice if the workouts were not erased from the clients library. It adds extra steps to have to go back and add the workouts back into the workout plans.
    If you would add the option to keep the workouts and not just automatically erase them, that would be helpful and save time.

  9. Terms and Conditions

    Add a terms and conditions for clients to agree to or liability form for clients to complete during registration. I have owned a training studio for 10 years and I have my clients fill out a form to that they assume the risk and indemnify myself, my studio or my affiliates.

  11. Be able to repeat body stats and photo reminder

    I love being able to scehdule photo reminders and body stats. However it would be great if I could repeat these just like i do with my workouts in the calender function.

    For example, I would like to repeat 'take photos' for a client every monday. At the moment I have to go in one by one for each monday and add it.

    Its the simple things that would make this software excellent

    There's currently no ability to say how long to rest between supersets, circuits, or just conditioning work to rest intervals in general.

  15. Add 'Trainer Notes' to the app

    I need to be able to see the Clients 'Trainers Notes' in the app.
    The desktop version is great - I can save notes about the client, ie, bringing $100 next week, or is away for all of march etc.
    But I cannot access this info via the app.

    Ideally, this is how I would like it to work:
    When I (the trainer) select a client in the app, it brings up their prorgram. within this screen I can hit 'trainer notes'. I can review notes from previous sessions, then go ahead with the program for that day.

  16. Alert Me Immediately After a Client Completes a Workout

    I try to stay up to date on my clients as much as possible. Being automatically alerted after a client logs or checks-in for a workout would allow me to keep even more up to date with them and allow me to give them feedback quicker which would further strengthen the relationship between the client and myself.

  19. have the ability to see each clients goal right in front on the desk top

    So that we as the trainers do not have to troll through pages to remind us of the clients goals. It would be great to have our clients goals front and centre when we open on their page. Its super impressive to a client for us to mention their individuals specific goals numerous times in messages. If this was presented more easily we could more readily impress and help our clients further.

    Hi all,

    In the lastest v6 app, you can now create weight loss/mass gain goals as well as custom goals.

  20. can use a decimal point when entering your weight used. ex 12.5lbs

    Allow clients to enter the amount of weight used exactly. If they use 12.5 lb dumbells allow them to enter it that way.
