Introduce a 'create form' feature similar to google forms to allow the coach to set up a weekly feedback form on how they feel things have gone and if any amendments are required. Really useful for online coaching in particular!

A built-in questionnaire or one we can edit/adapt to our needs for our clients. This would be a form that they can fill in and submit that we could add to their schedule that gives us a more in-depth understanding of how their week went.

100% NEEDED!
Currently am using a google form link in an auto message each week but would much prefer a streamlined check-in form that could be scheduled on a client's check-in day.
Imbedded check in forms that clients can submit each week where they can rate their biofeedback (energy, sleep, soreness etc) and answer a couple reflection questions. -

This is a feature that is desperately needed! This app is really great, user friendly and has everything else that is needed for coach/client interaction. I've researched a ton of other apps trying to find one that has as dashboard like TZ AND a customizable check-in form. I can't find any. PTDistinction has a great form section where you can create your own check-in. (The dashboard for nutrition coaching is not so great) But this could be a start for what the form could look like in TZ.

I currently use Typeform for my initial client consultation forms and my weekly check-in forms. It would be great to be able to link my forms directly in Trainerize.

This is something that is desperately needed. My personal coach uses a feature like this in TrueCoach. Customised questions with video upload capabilities. It works fantastically.

This is the one thing I did a trial of Trainerize for, and it's the one feature they don't have. Sad, because Trainerize is the best in most ways, that feature would SEAL THE DEAL. If we could make a custom check-in form that we could actually go over with the client to remove the need to use Google Sheets on the side. My clients often mention it would be easier in the same place. Unfortunately, do to this I cannot subscribe to Trainerize.

Send an automated message to clients at the end of the week with stats.
Here's an example.
"You logged in 5 times this week"
You completed 5 workouts this week"
You completed your habits 3 times this week"How would you rate your week on a scale from 1-10?
Text back your answer.

Allow clients to give a more in depth look into their week (e.g. wins, losses, mood, things that have affected their week), that can either be added separately as a weekly check in or as a programme that doesn't need reps and sets. It gives more clarity over client progress and helps to address the more qualitative thing that happen for clients.

Yes!!! This is why I'm thinking of switching to Fit Coach Pro because trainerize doesn't have a check in capability so I'm using Google forms, spreadsheets etc to track check ins and past nutrition goals.

I just signed up and was so cut to see this isn't a feature! Solving this would me that everything is in one place for us coaches and our clients. That means a better user experience for our clients too!

Just like scheduling a 'body stats' or 'workout' task, it would be really useful to have an appointment feature for 'weekly check-in' as online coaching generally involves this kind of service. This way, we can custom build a check-in form and the client fills it in. Within that 'appointment' I can then respond to each comment with my own thoughts and then conclude with a short video (ideally up to 5 mins) with my general thoughts and the plan for the coming week.
The video call function is nice but you're fixed in terms of time. The client has to turn up and the reality is you don't always need a catch-up for the sake of a weekly review. The ability to leave the client a video review (within their weekly consultation form) would really improve the 'check-in' experience as they can then view it in their own time as opposed to ours!

▪️Weekly Check-In Forms
▪️Create Weekly Check-In Templates
▪️Automate delivery of check-in forms
▪️Video Integration (so clients can give more detail)The ability to send clients a weekly check-in form including customisable questions with the addition of a video segment so clients can feedback their thoughts via video also. This will allow for much more human connectivity and I think also the ability for the client to expand on their thoughts as sometimes written thoughts don’t give as much detail as they would like. Also, more importantly, you can gauge their emotion much more accurately, therefore, overall, you can just provide a better service for the client.
Ideally, the weekly check-ins can be ideally automated to be sent on certain dates each week so the client gets a reminder on their phone to fill it in, for example, I typically do thorough weekly check-ins on a Monday so I would remind my clients on the Sunday to have it done for the following morning. This way they’re prompted a day in advance, meaning they are less likely to rush filling it in at the last minute.
Similar to receiving automated client ‘weekly summary’s’ via email from trainerize, it’d be nice for the client to provide a weekly overview from their perspective; as this is much more personal.

I don't like auto schedulign a message in with a google form link, I'd much rather see a built in feature in the form of a survey or something of the likes. Very similar to the consult form, just an option to customize and schedule a feedback form.
