Custom rest periods.
It would be nice to be able to manually enter any rest time we want. At times during “density blocks” I want to decrease rest periods each workout by 10-15 seconds, entering my own rest intervals or having a wider variety of options (every 5 seconds for example) would be great.

Please add 5 sec option for rest! My clients asked to give them time to transition from one exercise to another during interval training, which only needs a 5 sec. It turned out we only have 10 sec option.

Some of our programs use less common rest times, like 75, 100, or 150 sec. It would be great to be able to program these in accurately.

A "5 seconds" option would be a great addition for quick transitions. For example, someone would not need 10 seconds to transition from a TRX Row to a jump squat. Thanks.
Yea would be great if I can customize the rest time between exercises or sets on the fly while I'm working out, that'd make it a more accurate log. I can't rely on the rest periods the trainer set because sometimes I have to wait longer between exercises because someone else is using the equipment I need. And sometimes I have to rest a bit longer between sets because I hit it too hard. Thanks.
