I walk 18 holes several days a week. Fast. 2:45 pace for 18 holes @ 6800 yards.
While not as intense as heavy lifting, it's an excellent activity for weight management, cardiovascular health, and brain health. Usually about 14,000 steps.

Have two new options to choose for Activity.
"Golf - Walking" would be time spent playing golf while walking the course
"Golf - Riding in cart" would be time spent playing golf, but using a motorized cart/buggy

In addition to a generic “golf” as an activity, it would be helpful to have golf walking and golf riding/cart as options.
