Charge EURO even tho my bank account is in UK
It's not possible for me to link Stripe because My bank account is in UK and in EURO and Trainerize think it's only Pound in Uk. And the true is you CAN have a Euro bank account in UK...It would be also great for any other currency too

The ability to prorate or change the duration of a product.
The ability to prorate or change the duration of a product. It would be nice when clients are out sick, or on a vacation for a week to be able to extend their products. Since I sell mine on a monthly basis, I can't just track their missed sessions and add them to the next month. More ability to make adjustments to client's memberships/products would be really appreciated.

Option to make Trainerize pay products only purchasable by existing clients
Make certain Trainerize pay products only purchasable by existing clients, so that if the link is shared and someone else buys the product then they are not automatically created a client account on trainerize.
Perhaps the way to do this is by having existing clients log in to their accounts before they can purchase the products.

I want to be able to take 12 monthly payments for a year and lock the client in once they've agreed to the product.

Flexibility to create invoices for clients
I would like more flexibility to create invoices for clients. Currently, I use another platform to create invoices for some of my clients. Trainerize only gives the option to bill a client monthly for a main program. I have some client that do split payments and some clients that do package sessions that are not monthly payments. The other plat form that I use, gives me the flexibility to create invoices that will allow my client to make their payments. I would for that flexibility within Trainerize also.

Client's Address on the Invoice (Requirement by Law)
This is probably also the part of Client Management.
This is essential for some countries (like Germany, for example), because it's obligatory by law.
All invoices have to have both billing addresses, of the business, and of the customer.Currently, there is no possibility for me to collect the address of a customer, to adjust the address in the client's profile if I collected it somewhere, and it's not stated in the sent invoices.
I could get fined if someone checks and I don't have this information on my invoices because as I said, it's obligatory by law.

Product Images on Duplicated Products
When duplicating a product, the product image isn't copied across. It would save time if the image was duplicated along with the rest of the details.

Have an Option to Include Practitioner and/or Billing Number on Invoices
Have an option to include details like practitioner/billing number on invoices.
For practitioners/therapists like physios, RMTs, kinesiologists, etc, the ability to include practitioner and/or billing numbers on invoices is important so that the client can submit the invoice for insurance claims.

add a product to a client without making him pay for it
Whenever you want to add a product to a client, it makes your client purchase it. If the trainer can add it, the client wouldn't have to pay for it and can start right away.

allow clients to leave a tip for their trainer
Add a tip option to payments at checkout. There is a discount code box but it would be nice if there were also an area where clients can leave their trainer a tip.

Program pay at time of purchase, start program on specific day of the week
It would be nice if the client would be charged the day they click purchase and not on the program start day. eg - if they purchase Wed but program starts on a Monday it messes up the program's days of the week. And have the option to add-on pre-programmed workouts that automatically load to their training program until the main program starts 'next ***'.

Take cash and card payments via Zettle integration
Not all clients like to pay through Trainerize pay, but are happy to pay via cash and card reader payments instead.
Zettle offers these options, but must track product sales separately. It would be great to have the option to sell products listed on Trainerize pay (e.g. 2 per week 1-2-1) via both the current Trainerize Pay system and Zettle integration in order to track sales more easily and consistently.
I would suggest this is done via mobile for simplicity of inter-app communication. This could either be a separate Trainerize Pay App which either integrates Zettle into the Trainerize Pay…

Can you add Revolut payment.. Its so easy way. And you add then Croatia in payment, bec you still didnt even Its in EU.

Allow clients to update payment info/cancel WITHIN the mobile app
Even though they can cancel/update payment info through the website version of the app, no one understands this and it is confusing. Especially for custom branded apps.
I currently have to either step them through the process of logging into the web version and finding where to cancel or update info, or (most often) just do it myself.
There is also no direct link to the web version when they click on the "Payment Information" and "My Purchases" under the MORE screen. It simply says "Please sign in through the web app to manage your payment information".

Self-cancelling a downgraded plan before it comes into effect, with certain conditions
It may be useful to hand trainers the ability to cancel downgraded plans before they come into effect. Often, trainers change their minds right after opting for a downgraded plan and wish to retain their original, higher plan. Right now, these trainers need to reach out to Coaches, who further need to reach out to other Coaches with Recurly access (to have this executed).
