View recent activities by specific trainers
Allowing the recent activity tab on the right-hand side of the trainer portal to allow admins to sort clients based on trainers. This allows the admins to see the life recent activities of not just ALL clients, but trainer-specific clients . Currently, we can only sort it based on locations, events, and comments but adding trainers would be awesome

Ability to set up payroll for employees
I use two softwares right now. I use PT minder just because their back end on running sessions and financial reports and doing payroll is very easy. Trainerize is lacking the back end. If we could do payroll and run financial and session report it would be amazing. This app is good for individual trainers but not good for business owner that manage many trainers.

Allow us to customize the invitation / setup / welcome email
The invitation email is not customizable. Should be.
We'll like to add our own information to the email.

Get a summary of all missed workouts in daily email
In the daily email we get a summary of what our clients have done.
I don't need to see that a client has done there workout, that is shown on my dashboard when I log in.
But I do need to see when a client misses a session. The only way I can see this if its not one of the ones shown in the summary is to go into the clients profile and check.
It would make it much easier to have this info in the daily email.

Client Reviews or Testimonials
I'd love if there was an option for clients to leave you a review or testimonial at the end of the program.

be able to search clients by email instead of name and then select them
Be able to search clients by email instead of name and then select them.
Currently only able to search by email at top left of interface but not on the client dashboard, the problem with this is that you cannot select multiple people searching by email.

Allow Coaches to send programs and/or workouts to other coaches within Trainerize
I want to be able to import and export programs or workouts from other Trainerize Coaches. I would like to be able to select a program hit share and be able to send it to another coach via their registered Trainerized email. To which they will be able to now import into their own library.

Delete clients comments from groups
ADMIN/TRAINERS be able to delete comments made by clients in groups. Example, client told not to promote their own products in group chat and did. Would like to have the option to delete that message so other clients do not see it. I know you can edit and delete your own, but admin should be able to control all.
Thanks

Putting clients program on hold or freeze
Would be great to be able to freeze / hold clients accounts for when they need to. Sometimes they are ill or traveling so they won’t be able to do the workouts and don’t want to miss them.
Thanks

Can there be a way to turn off the automated messages to clients? Or at least give us the ability to draft our own automated messages?

Ability to edit the client profile dialog's summary
Upon clicking the client's name from our client list it pops up with a client summary. It would be great if we could edit this so it showed us, measurements, custom biometrics (HRV etc) etc.
This would make it much quicker and streamlined to see a quick overview of the clients, adherence, progress etc.

Allow trainers to be able to toggle between their trainer accounts
Some of our trainers have their own personal training business in which they also use trainerize. They would love the option to toggle between their trainerize accounts instead of logging out and logging back in

real time business/clients stats
I think it would be cool to have real-time stats of our business on our dashboard with daily, weekly, and monthly updates.
Stats like;
No. of users active in the app
No. of users currently working out
No. of workouts completed today
No. of meals tracked today
No. of habits completed today
No. of new clients this month
No. of repeating clients this month7 votes -
Custom measurements
The ability to add custom measurement sites like big toe (joking) but sites that relate to proportion like wrist, ankle, head, forearm length, humerus length, wing span, thigh length, tibia length etc etc. Doesn’t have to be shown on the diagram like the other measurements but just a “custom measurements” box that the trainer can select then write in what measurement they want.

Calculate the number of missed workouts and goals etc… to discuss with client during check in
To create accountability and to be able to show the client how many sessions or habits they’ve missed or number of days they haven’t logged when discussing goals and importance of tracking. Also a way to kickstart a conversation if too much is being expected during goal setting discussions.
