Screenshot Blocker for Barcodes
Clients are reporting that members are able to do a screen shot of their ABC barcode and text/share to a non-member thus allowing that non-member to use the screenshot of the barcode to gain access to their gym. They want us to enable the app to where a member cannot screenshot or share the image with anyone else thus preventing fraudulent activity. Typically it turns the screen black or at least the outcome of the screen shot. Allow the client access permission to be toggled
Give Owner/Admin the ability to toggle Client Access depending on the team member role.
For example, have the ability to toggle a setting to allow the Shared Trainer role to access all clients not just assigned locations.2 votes
Easier way to swap clients between trainers
Easier way to swap clients with other trainers in my company. If another trainer sells training for me, I want the client in my trainerize. However, I need to ask the trainer to go and delete them from their trainerize first before I can add them. This would be an easier process if I could go in an add a client without having to get another trainer to delete them from their app first2 votes

Remove the “Add to wallet” feature or ability to turn it off.
We should not have a feature that encourages members to NOT use the app. We want to push people to the APP not away from it.
by having the wallet feature will make members use the APP less frequently.1 vote
Allow alloy members to add shortcut links to app
Alloy members do not get an option to add links to the CBA. No Custom Branded App drop-down menu via Add-ons.1 vote
Announcement URL Behavior Change
Currently, when we add an announcement with the setting "Open a webpage", it will automatically take the user to the webpage when they click on the announcement notification.
Please change the behavior so that when the user taps on the notification, it opens the app for the user to read and then decide if they want to go ahead and access the webpage.1 vote
New Client Assigned - Email Notifications
The logic behind "New Client Assigned" notifications only applies to new members.
Suggestion: Trigger an in-app/email notification for the new trainer when a member is assigned from one trainer to another.1 vote
Customer Service Email on the APP
The contact email in the APP firstname.lastname@example.org can be confusing to members, quite a few members email into this email to freeze or cancel or dispute payments etc. Can something be added that says: This email is ONLY intended to research, troubleshoot, and escalate app problems that are being presented to members/clients. Do not use this contact for any membership changes or concerns.1 vote
