Mile tracker for outdoor cardio
Add distance tracking system for outdoor runs or bikes. With average pace per mile

Cardio realises I am no longer running/walking as i am going 60mph in the car. Only registers when i was moving at a reasonable speed.
In the Apple Watch workout app learns my routes already buzzing my watch to remind me to end the cardio activity when approaching the end of the run.
It also realises that I cannot run/walk at 60mph, and will only register at the point that i was acutally running/walking. Currently with the additional 2km at 60mph my exercise results are all thrown out of wack.

Calorie track and heart rate
When my Apple Watch connects to app it doesn’t show calories burned or heart rate while workout is running

Calories out sliding scale
When tracking calories in and out I would like to see a range, on a sliding scale depending on deficit or surplus input. So if 1540-1850 is my goal for the day with no exercise but I burn 500 running, I can factor in 100% of that or maybe just 50% so when logged, my new calories are 1790-2100 using 50% as an example.

From logging or collected data from a device, display calories burned and calories remaining to meet daily goals.

Tracker
A feature that would show you a running total for the week of the number of calories that you consumed versus the number of calories burnt.

Needs spot to document rest times when I need to deviate from what was programmed.
Rest times should be able to be documented.

Stop combining suggestions - respond to them instead!
Trainerise could try reading and responding to suggestions instead of combining them.

Full autonomy for Apple Watch
I would like to track my recovery time with my Apple Watch. It would be nice to not have to use the phone at all

Make it easier to repeat
Don’t have the workouts attached to a specific date. That way if you want to repeat the program, you don’t have to scroll the calendar all the way back to where you first started.

Cardio time
for the cardio time stop the time on the time thats set. Also add a feature where it wont start your time until you reach a desired heart rate

Trainerise developers need to respond to some of the suggestions on this site.
E.g several years and over 8000 suggestions on a single topic and no reply.

Previously used weights for a given exercise
When starting the workout from e.g. Apple Watch, show weights and reps from the previous time that exercise was carried out also for the first rep of that exercise (similar to what already happens to successive reps now)

Increasing connectivity for smart scales. As I believe this is limited ?
Not sure if I’m doing anything wrong. But I’m having issues connecting my smart scales to the app. It does go via my iwatch. But it looks like the app isn’t picking up weight. There are a few things it does pick up around activity and step etc. but I can’t see it is picking up weight so I have to add this manually to the app.

Fix glitches on app please. Doesnt track cardio well and has problems opening app.
Doesnt track cardio very well. Also app takes 5-7 minutes to open regularly with full bars or in wifi.
