Log and track food, calories and meals in app without having to link another app
Should be able to log and track meals without having to link another meal tracking app, for example MyFitnessPal. I don't want to have to download several apps to use the Trainerize app my coach uses
Hi everyone,
Thanks for your great suggestion! We’re marking this idea as completed! You can now track your food directly within the application.
You can change your meal tracker by going to ... in the bottom menu. Selecting Meal tracker and select "In this app".
This feature is available to everyone with app versions from 7.16 and up.
We’re returning your vote to you so please come back to feedback.trainerize.com to add your vote to other ideas.
Thanks!

To have an edit option in all features as you may know MY FITNESS PAL is a pain in the butt when trying to connect it to anything actually

New to this but it is so confusing going through all these different apps and emails and what not. Why can’t food log, workouts, chats all be used through this app vs all the other ones? Really a disappointment so far I don’t have a lot of time as is

I want to be able to add all information to the app manually without linking to another app. Sleep, macros, calories in and out, exercises done, tempo, etc.
I don't want to have to sync with other apps as I want to keep things separate. -

I’m having so many issues syncing with MFP, have synced manually multiple times now and it’s not pulling the correct data. I’d really appreciate any help with how to sort this

Trying to track my diet plan, daily eating/water consumption, calories and fitness in multiple apps makes it difficult to accurately log information and see your progress. Calorie tracking is extremely important for me to try to be accurate but apps are limited. Need scanning feature for easy inputting. I would love the option to be able to sign up for edge strong classes, log diet, track calories consumed and expended, automatically track the edge strong classes exercises (accurate calories burned) and ability to sign up for any gym related activities (tanning, massage etc)

So what I do now is just tell my coach exactly what I'm eating cause for me it doesn't change much except at dinner but basically ie. A serving of green veggies and a serving of protein the size of the meaty section of the palm of your hand. I go with basics and stay in that pattern with a cheat day every 2 weeks.

This would be very good cause enen with instructions, I still can't get MFPal to transfer to Trainerize. Or have the MFPal people add a transfer on their end so one click would send.

Sometimes MFP doesn’t sync properly to which is soooo annoying!

There are so many existing food tracking apps. Please do not spend the dev resources doing this feature! Instead, integrations with more apps might be useful. The current integration with MFP is great!!

There’s many different meal trackers that work well for people based on their goals and their style preferences. Allow more apps to sync to trainerize, or at least allow manual entry of nutrition/ meal data

I’d like to be able to post a picture and still have nutritional data. Currently you can only do one option and the option for photos doesn’t include nutritional data.

MyFitnessPal has stopped syncing in the app even after signing out of both apps and reinstalling both. I just screen shoot and send to my coach so annoying

MFP is so difficult to use! Please add your own or offer the ability to pair with Lose It!

Trainerize should develop its own tracking system

Mine does not port food over from MFP, I prefer 1st Phorm app as it does ALL things! Wish trainers would use that app!!!

I use MyFitnessPal, and in spite of making my diary public, and turning on syncing, it never syncs. I have to go into the set up page and “sync now” by hand.
