Add more cardio or activity types like tennis, basketball, baseball, dancing, hiking
Just like we can now add custom habits, I want to add custom cardio activities. For example. There isn't even Tennis, Basketball, or any sports as cardio activities. I might create a custom activity called yard work, dancing, yoga, jump rope, skipping, football, pilates or hiking, etc...

Make a place for cardio. Allow apps for pedometers to be added.

Put yoga “test” session (or plyo?) back in the workouts- gives us a chance to test run our screencast/workout areas? Also keeps us busy and using the app for actual workouts while we wait for the 28th.

To the plus button quickly add a run or yoga etc.. Also please make a function to scroll in using this app it’s a problem font is too small
I don’t want to grab glasses when I am working out!

General is too vague for an activity. You should at least allow for naming the activity (yoga, swimming, etc) and a space to describe it (i.g. how many laps or meters, etc).
For example, I use Beachbody On Demand (BOD) and within that I do a program called MBF (Muscles Burn Fat). Let me then describe that it was lower body day or circuit/core day, etc.

Allow yoga as a general activity to select for a duration

I noticed step aerobics, jump roping etc are not listed. It would be nice to be able add these items, As well as certain ab workouts

In the “general” activity, it would be nice to note what you did so that your trainer knows what kind of activity. (eg tennis, an online workout class, etc)

Every,prove,ent requires me to stop and see the example. I spend as much time or even more seeing the example and then doing the typical low reps.
