Allow clients to add a custom daily habits or tasks
Because our goals often overlap different areas of life, it would be nice to have the option to add a custom daily goal e.g. meditation (or for me, doing some reading).

Client be able to add a task themselves (with no time option) ie. “say something positive about yourself”. Motivation comment

I wish the app allowed the user to add their own daily tasks to check off rather than only being able to check off trainer supplied daily tasks.

Add a goal section. Not only for weight loss or fitness. But for anything be it reading 10pages a day or 10min meditation or a goal for running a marathon in 1 year. Align it with a countdown or a progress plot on the screen for checking how far you are to your goal in relation to the program you’re on.
