We are continually updating your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. How about getting the app to actually update when my trainer loads new workouts?

    Trainer has to reach out to Trainerize support every time he updates my workouts. How bout fixing that before any new features or fancy logo changes?

  3. Less buttons to enter a Body weight

    Currently to add a body weight you click add, select date, then press select. What’s the need of the select after a date is clicked?. Unnecessary

  4. Scroll up and down to show more instead of tap

    Streamline by allowing scrolling up and down to view multiple workouts instead of needing to tap “Show more” in the Workouts section. Too many taps required for basic actions in general is a poor user experience.

  5. TURN OFF TIMER SOUND. The audio volume does not work to turn it off.

    The audio volume does not work to turn off the timer sound. Whenever ur goes off it turns my Spotify music all the way down and I have to quit the app.

    Videos on how to set up all the different features on the app - so one can track and see their progress - this would help one to become more excited about their achievements, and foster a stronger mindset to continue working on their over all health goals.

  11. Repository of Shared PDFs

    My coach shares PDFs often in the chat.
    And sometimes the daily videos have PDFs attached to them.

    Would be great to have a repository where all the PDFs can be accessed rather than having to go back to the chat / day with the video.

  12. Timer / weight and other certain “buttons” are very sensative. You have to hit it exactly right to make it start or allow you to enter #s

  13. Video Close-Ups and volume adjustments

    1. My music turns down when I watch the videos which is great but then doesn’t go back up when I am done watching, don’t like that.
    2. The videos should be closer up, I can’t see certain angles because she is wearing black pants and the mat and bench are both black plus I can’t zoom in to see it better and/or my screen doesn’t rotate to make it bigger. Thank you

  14. Increase sensitivity of app and reduce number of clicks

    Increase the sensitivity of the app, I often have to tap the screens sever times for it to respond, especially when adding body measurements.

    Also, there's a lot of tapping involved in adding an activity, saving and then dismissing the pop ups. Streamline!!!

  17. Change the date

    I’d like the ability to change the dates of my progress photos. I just started using the app but uploaded a presurgical picture of myself from 12/29/22. Its dating the picture in March of 2023.

  19. Memory hog

    If I start a workout using the app on iPhone, my phone’s performance will slow to a crawl. If I switch to a different app while the workout is running in the background with all of the rest timers, it will just slow my phone down dramatically. There have been multiple instances where I have to turn off my phone completely MULTIPLE times to clear the app from using all that memory.

    I won’t use the phone app anymore to track workouts. I only use the Apple Watch version.
