We are continually updating your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    It would be nice to be able to review all comments made on mobile, rather than having to go to each workout to view the comments.

  2. While walking be able to message trainer.

    See above. Cannot message trainer within the app while walking. But you can during lifting exercises.

  3. Longer comment field after workout

    Increase the alliwed word count when you rate your workout so that you can better explain how things went to your trainer.

  4. Have where you can send voice notes in messenger to your clients/from clients

    A lot of times we are on the go or something is easier explain verbally having the ability to send a voice note inside messages would be amazing!

  5. Replying for a comment will help to trqck a particular conversation.

    Enabling the reply option for a particular comment will help the user to track the conversation rather than scrolling up and down.

  8. allow longer text and video sizes

    When I’m writing long messages to my coach I can’t write it in one ho I have to do multiple things, and video lengths are only 1min which is very short when you’re filming form of exercises

  9. The ability to respond to messages my trainer sends. I pay enough money that me being able to respond should be an option.

    $160 a month and that isn't enough to have the ability to respond to messages my trainer sends? That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. I have full access to the app, and I can get messages but can't respond. I don't believe that was included in my contract which I'll be reviewing when I get home.

  11. I wish you could DM other coaches or other SupraHumans privately. There is no way to send private messages except to coach.

    I wish you could message other coaches or other SupraHumans. Maybe you don’t want to ask a question publicly, maybe you want to schedule a workout with someone, maybe you want to ask a question of another coach. Would be great if you could message others in the app.

  12. Regrouping all,comments and feedback made per same exercise so its easy to read back when looking for tips and improved technique

    I comment when im doing a session but after I will have to go back to that specific session to find the general comments and not specific to the exercise I was talking about. I would have to scroll through history to find what my coach responded also so its not very efficient in that sense

  15. Automatically populate the authors name of the message I would like to respond to. .

  16. Improve freezing while messaging

    App freezes every time I message my coach. Can't send more than 1 sentence at a time. Start and restart of phone and app, Uninstaller reinstall doesn't work. This is imperative to my use of the app. Please look into this!
