This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. A way to stop the workout time when in between exercises

    When I finish an exercise, the workout timer keeps going which adds to my workout time (not the rest timer, now).It would be great to stop the workout timer when I’m going from one exercise to the other, especially if I have to set up (ex. Barbell Back Squat) plates for a barbell, machine, etc.

  2. Change exercise before starting the program prior to workout. In want to plan it before going to the gym.

    I want to plan the workout prior to going to the gym. There are certain exercises I can’t perform because of injuries or lack of certain equipment like the land mine. Also when I change an exercises I would like for them to show up the next time the program calls for that exercise.

  6. Add a confirmation after clicking save or add new set

    I’m finding myself accidentally clicking Save or Add New Set. It’s happened multiple times on accident when im putting my phone away. I think that the app should ask for a confirmation. It’s really annoying when I accidentally click Save and my Apple Watch ends my workout and doesn’t track it anymore even though I go back to finish my workout. Same with tv Add New Set, I click it on accident and never know if my trainer added an extra set or if I added it. I think a simple fix would be to add a confirmation button after…

  7. User interface while working out

    Better user workout interface. I currently workout using an app called ladder. It is very convenient to be able to pull up my journal that has my previous weight I used for the specific workout , rep scheme and intensity. This helps progressively overload and stay on track. Voice overs would also be nice to give cues on a few things like form and something a coach would like to share.   8. I’d like to be able to create my own workouts and not have to edit the one my trainer created every time I want to switch up my routine.

  9. Inclusiveness and diversity: Incorporate modified seated versions of exercises for disabled and elderly from beginner to experienced

    People with chronic diseases will be encouraged to see themselves in exercise videos. People with arthritis, obesity, MS, CP, elderly, diabetic limb loss, vertigo would love to aee themselves depicted in videos. Show diversity in race, gender, age and ability. All humans have the right to exercise and move their bodies.

  10. Being able to add in our own exercises if we do extra workouts

    Add our own exercises in, if we do extra workouts on top of the ones assigned. IE: if I do 3 sets of diff exercises, I want to be able to add them in so the trainer knows I’ve done extra. I did my own sets / reps of several exercises one day. I had no where to add them. I just had to message my trainer in the chat and wrote them down … I should be able to add them in

  12. Provide a set of key positions for each video

    Instead of waiting for a video to buffer so you can see the whole exercise, sometimes you just need 2-4 key positions to remind you what to do. Could be stills from video — e.g. start position, side view, full extension, rest position

  13. Adding workouts and rotating them every month or so

    Adding a workout regimen automatically and rotating them monthly. I used to get a series of them now nothing. I have to manually insert a workout. Did something change?

    Make the text larger or at least darker with greater contrast to n make it easier for those of us who need reading glass which we don't wear

  16. Change the color of the completed sets text to green vs gray when not completed.

    After completed each set change its color so the reader can know it’s done. Sometimes we have to alter the order and if we copy last section - it all looks completed and it’s hard to pick up if a machine is taken and you do it in a different order

  18. Show graphs of past weights used for exercises

    It would be good to see a graph of past exercise weights used with time eg for deadlifts, so one can see the progress made over time.

  19. Weight log for tracking weight in individual lifts, without having to see them on the program or workout itself.

    A way to log/track/review weight used for exercises without having to be following or see in the actual program. It would be nice to be able to look back at historical weight used for exercises

  20. Ability to remember previous changes

    Often substitute based on injuries or to opt for a safer option that doesn't risk being hurt. It can be time consuming to go through it again each time. Remember additional excersises would be great to
