There is an Apple Watch app now. Simply launch it to track you activities, share your steps and sleep with your coach or complete your habits.
When exercise includes 60 seconds where you ha e to change leg/arm at mid-session a sound would be welcome. This will avoid having to kill my neck trying to get actual time 😂9 votes
For an interval workout, if a trainer gives you a two-sided exercise, the app now tells you to switch sides.
