We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Names on the equipment

    I'm very new to the gym, our 24/7 gym... & God help me when I want to try something new as a substitute & I have enough idea what the **** thing is called but I know what it does... how bout a name of the machines so newbies know what it does & can locate said activity on the app, thanx

  4. Add the ability to adjust the text size in the app.

    Add the ability to adjust the text size in the app. I can’t read what things say because they are too small and a lot of text is light grey. I’m using the Supra Human App. I see you said you updated so we can adjust in our phone settings but I tried and nothing changed.

  6. Offline video watching without internet

    My gym is underground and I have a lot of troubles to load the video that my coach gives me. Can you do a cache / offline system for video ? So we can load video even without internet connection

  7. Reachability option

    Can’t play videos! Is there a way to move the “play video” button for the demo vids? Since I got the iPhone 15, the video goes all the way to the top and for some reason the “play” button is so high on the screen that it interferes with the Dynamic Island near the top & I can’t watch the vids.

  8. Fix Technical issues in the app.

    Every time I use this app my phone stops working. It freezes, glitches and gets extremely slow when I’m tryna do anything with my phone outside the app.

  9. Bluetooth Integration

    Every time I use the stopwatch or watch an exercise video the app turns down the volume in my AirPods and sometimes it doesn’t return them to normal volume. Would be awesome if the app didn’t alter the audio.

  10. Don’t have the app go dark and require me to sign back into my phone

    Don’t allow the phone to go dark while using the app. Frustrating to have to keep signing back in. It used to stay on the entire time. Not sure what changed.

  11. Full view of text

    Being able to view the app in both landscape and portriat mode. Being able to view full tex, a lot of time text is cut off or shows "... " this is a hindrance to viewing full data. That then leads to using another app or website to access that info

    I only see notification options for email and in-app. I need notifications sent via text. Is that feature already available? I couldn’t find it. Thank you.

  14. Body Stats

    An icon that the can find easily and click on to see a graph of the body stats you’ve entered as well as be able to see the stats you have entered easily. I chart stats weekly and they are extremely hard to find and compare to see if I’m losing or gaining inches.

  15. Don't count records for zero reps

    Sometimes I make unsuccessful attempts and record 0 x weight so I'll have a target for the next session. Ideally it wouldn't count the weight as a PR in that case.

  16. Shadow of your last photo when taking new ones

    It is nice to have a shadow of your last photo that is up when taking a new photo-because any difference in distance can skew the way things look. I would like to see the differences without thinking it’s the way I took a photo/distance.

  17. More Emojis, Group Chats & Days of the Week

    • The community group chats should have more emojis to express more emotions and reactions (surprise, love, excitement, laughter, etc.). It’s very limiting right now.
    • The community group chats should also allow you to reply directly to a post. Right now people can reply after a post with completely unrelated messages, resulting in a person having to scroll through messages so much to see related responses. This prevents people from wanting to interact as much.
    • The daily views should show the days of the week too (Mon, tue, wed, thu), not just the date. This makes it easier to look back…
