Increase sensitivity of app and reduce number of clicks
Increase the sensitivity of the app, I often have to tap the screens sever times for it to respond, especially when adding body measurements.
Also, there's a lot of tapping involved in adding an activity, saving and then dismissing the pop ups. Streamline!!!

Updated app experience/feel
Newer cleaner app, like Centr, MadFit, FitOn, etc. the platform seems like it’s very outdated compared to what’s our there. This is like 80s and we’re in 2020s

for iOS, use live activity API for timer countdown instead of notification.
The current timer uses scheduled local push notification to notify user when time is up. It is really inconsistent and more often than not the notification doesn’t really pop up or make a sound, especially when there is less than roughly half a minute left. Use the new live activity API makes sure there is a persistent timer in the Notification Centre, and would also be compatible with the new dynamic island, making multitasking on compatible devices a lot easier.

Same workouts in a “file” to find them all easier
When looking I see 10 different calisthenics workouts instead put them under a tab or file for calisthenics same for all the challenge workouts any program group together this will make it easier to find and easier to follow and it’s more user friendly

Repost to social media whenever you want
Being able to click on individual work outs and see your workout summary and be able to repost it to social media whenever you need. Sometimes I've not had time to post it so would like to be able to go back and repost it when I've got time to.

Be able to self-search for a specific type of workout (I.e legs, arms etc )
I wish you could search for core workouts or even workouts with no equipment etc.

Editing completed workout's stat
Please don't overwrite the time of a completed workout after editing some stat in it (for example missed weights or reps). I've just edited a completed workout stat and the 1 hour workout time changed to 1 min (I'm pretty good:)

Ability to look back at daily data
Save steps & calories burned during the day so that they can be looked back at on following days. It can help track our every day habits easier (ex: Sunday might be a rest day for exercise but a busy day of house cleaning, whereas Monday you add exercise. Seeing if the steps and calories are similar or different can help keep people in tune with their overall goal)

Better Accessibility for disabled users
The app needs to conform to accessibility guidelines for apps. As a disabled veteran, I struggle with using the app when working out. It would be nice to be able to zoom in and out and also to have higher contrast ratios.

Show which day each workout was completed
My trainer assigns me workouts for the week, but I usually complete them out of order. When I complete the workout, it shows that I completed it on the day my trainer assigned me to complete it, regardless of when I actually did. It would be great to show which day I actually completed it so I can make sure I’m doing some kind of workout everyday, instead of having to keep track of that outside the app.

Provide data of Previous PB and a built in tab for food tracking rather than 2 apps
A way that it can pull through your PB on current programme for the following week/next time you complete that exercise. Although the sync with my fitness pal works great, it would be amazing to have a tab within the app for food tracking/diary instead. Also the links with food ideas are amazing and would be great to incorporate on to the app again instead of looking elsewhere. (As long as it didn’t impact the speed of the app)

Better work out interface
A new user screen. I use my app in a mobile phone in the gym. I would like one page for an exercise and the related sets that shows me exactly what I did last time. With the option to copy weight and reps across and modify or copy from set one to two and three etc. I use it whilst doing the exercise in the gym and like all most everyone Over 40 I am slightly long sighted - I need to be able to see sets/reps in screen without glasses. I want a widget timer so I can…

Gym check in history
I think there should be a history of all the dates and times you’ve checked in to the gym, also if you had a guest or not would be good, but mainly the check in history. I think people, including myself would like to know things like how many times we’ve worked out over a certain period, and to be able to retrace my agenda for a previous day.
