breakdown restaurant/fast food meals by ingredient
When adding a restaurant meal from the app we should be able to see the list of ingredients for the meal (with individual macros) so that when modifying a meal it’s easy to do. For example if I get a protein bowl that’s supposed to come with rice but I substitute the rice for lettuce. Now I can’t use the macros and have to guess. But if I were able to remove the rice ingredient and add lettuce that would be awesome.

Adjust scanned items
The ability to adjust scanned items. Some items scan in correctly with wrong calories or some macro information. The ability to adjust that would be great. Otherwise make them scan in correctly every time.

Better meal tracking
I find it frustrating having to type in a load of ingredients when the app can’t find what I’ve eaten. A broad generic list of recipes would be great that can then be adapted - eg a general spag Bol with options to add veg or lower fat percentage of meat plus more items added to the library and an easier to use meal planner - if you could have an option to type in what ingredients you have and then for meals to pop up that would be amazing!

Edit favorite meal categories
I would liked to be able to edit the category of my saved favorite meals. Added my standard breakfast in works great but when I go to add my lunch in I get a warning that I already logged a breakfast. I want to set it to lunch so I don’t get the warning.

Ability to add or modify nutrition once food is logged
I need the ability to modify my food after it’s been logged. Example, I just added a photo and logged that food, but cannot go back and edit to add nutritional info.

Let responsible users add barcodes
How about letting users who prove responsible under some acceptable for you conditions.
To add Barcodes and food macronutrients of Food (perhaps with the condition to photograph the label.

Save common COMBOS
Be able to save common combinations labelled as a particular dish. Eg. I often have same bfast of Yoghurt + nuts + maple syrup + fruit - to be able to give this a name and save it. I know you can copy a previous ealing but I can never remember the last time I had something so this is clumsy.
It would encourage home cooked food as it would also mean I can write eg "fave salmon" and at one click instead of 10 input that whole part of a meal.1 vote -
Foods in Mexico
The app doesn't track macros for foods in Mexico, Mexico has the same foods as the US, with maybe some slight ingredient variations, however the majority of foods are imported from the US and don't get registered in ABC Trainerize making it a manual process for each meal or food entry instead of the benefit of the barcode scanner.
Mexico has the same grocery chains as Texas including HEB, Walmart and Soriana yet none of the food products register making tracking either inaccurate, unpredictable or just plain wrong.

Put food brand first in title
I find it time consuming to find specific products in the food list. For instance if I search on Flavored PB peanut powder all I see is peanut powder. Then I have to click on a bunch of the ones listed to find the right one.

Show macros eaten and remaining at top of dairy and freeze that area so that I always see it when scrolling down.
Show macros eaten and remaining at top of dairy and freeze that area so that I always see it when scrolling down. Seeing my macros is why I log my food. It’s frustrating to have to go to the details tab.

Option to hide macros/calories if not wanting to track this
There should be an option to hide the calories/macros of recipes, as well as removing calories/macros from tracking if someone does not want to track this.

Add actual recipes (scan)
I wish we could take a photo of a recipe (from print ie book/magazine) or copy a website link and the app would use AI to read it and convert into the app food diary. I use this on another platform and it’s fantastic.

Be able to see the whole title without having to click on it. (I use Factor meals and have to open/close several titles to find the one)

I don’t cook! I’d like the opportunity to add each individual food item and have the app track that specific item. Total items at end
Individual food items should be able to be logged and tallied with calories and other information. This could be a better way to choose the best items for overall goals.

Add features
I think make it similar to my fitness pal. Make the meals easier to view, able to delete items once saved etc. Calories and macros specifically remaining for the day at the top of the page!
