This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Connect to nutritionix track

    Nutritionix track offers better support for dietitians. As a client it's much more user-friendly than MyFitnessPal pal and makes it easier to track macros

    I use EatLove with my nutritionist, it works really well for professionals and their clients to stay connected and track meals and macros.

  3. Show vitamins and minerals against the RDA or editable values.

    Allow people to track their goal vs consumption of vitamins and minerals using either the RDA or custom amounts.

  4. FODMAP diet

    Please include the FODMAP diet (IBS patients) I am happy to help. I had a total colectomy at Cleveland Clinic because of gastrointestinal problems. I swapped one problem for another since the doctors aren't at the patient level of impact. It is awful but following a FODMAP diet has helped me exponetially.

  6. Display average macros over last week.

    Instead of showing just the macro graph, also show your average, so you know if you’re averaging over/under your goals.

  7. Edit custom food info you can add

    I went to add nutrition info for a good that could not be found when I scanned the bar code, but could not enter the correct numbers because it only allows 2 numbers after the decimal point and my good had 3 (0.032g of polyunsaturated fat ). Also, could not add a decimal point when I went to add the protein and fat numbers.

  8. Allow for custom diet goals

    The macronutrient goals for my prescribed diet is far too low my activity. It would nice to adjust them based on the user's preference.

  13. Sync updates from MyFitnessPal

    Currently if you update your entered meals into MyFitnessPal it doesn’t resync into the Trainerize app. It adds in extra food but doesn’t take away food that’s been removed in MFP or amounts that have been updated

  14. Log calories, macros manually.

    I log on another app which won’t sync because it’s a clinical trial. Would love to log meals On here though too.

  18. Nutricheck

    Is there any way you guys could incorporate the app nutricheck to track meals??

    I’ve used my fitness pal before but find nutricheck is a lot better, maybe just cause I’m from the uk.

  19. Don’t sync deleted meals from MFP

    Tried re-syncing several times, but Trainerize pulls through ALL data from a given day in MyFitnessPal including any foods I’ve deleted due to miscalculations/duplicates etc. Please only pull through the completed or EOD diary.
