We are continually updating your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. For some reason MyFitnessPal does not send steps to Trainerize. I have a Samsung Galxay watch and it will send steps to MyFitnessPal.

    Let MyFitnessPal post steps to trainerize. I use a Samsung Galaxy watch and it does not show steps on Trainerize but it does to MyFitnessPal

  3. Interface to Samsung fitness app (like the Fitbit app)

    I use a Fitbit to track and absolutely love the idea of interfacing my tracker app automatically to the app for logging food and steps etc.
    My partner also uses Trainerize but has a Samsung watch she uses as a tracker. This does not sync at all.

    Can this be developed?

  4. Can you put an option to link my oura ring please? This is far more accurate for my steps

    I find I do not carry my phone always but always have my oura ring on - can you link this feature to the app?

  9. Manually add steps OR a way to sync steps on android devices

    At the moment there is no reliable way to track steps on an android device unless you have a fitbit - Which a lot of people don't.

    At the very least an option to manually add steps would work.
    Syncing steps from myfitnesspal would also work.
    Syncing with samsung health or similar would be ideal.

    I had to download 3 separate apps to get it to sync my steps to this app and that stopped working after 2 days anyway. Not being able to reliably sync my steps across is a real pain.

  18. Connect to Oura ring - I don’t always have my phone on me, so sometimes my step count is way off from how much I actually walk in a day.

    That, or have the option to change my daily steps if the counter is off :)
