Note section for clients in workouts
Adding a note section for the client to make a note to each set of their workout. There have been many times that I, as a client, have needed to add a note like what gym I was at, if I used a spotter, settings on equipment, if I had to modify, if I felt pain, etc.

Connect 'other device' option
This option must be there to connect one's personal fit bands or smart watches with the application. Currently only few defined devices are mentioned.

There are no exercises to input for the Pilates reformer which are what most people sign up for.

Have the ability to upload workouts from the app Strong.
Not sure how workouts are managed in trainerize but I’ve used the Strong app now for a couple of years and it works really well for tracking.

Prefill weight from last workout
Pre fill weight from last workout but allow changes if needed. Will save a lot of time in the gym.

Restrict available exercises to those previously assigned by trainer
The number of exercises available make it difficult for a novice to swap out and exercise if needed. Consider restricting the list of available exercises, to those which have been previously assigned by the trainer.

Full workout videos
Add actual full workout videos to follow with full reps and sets. It would make it easier (for me) to follow.

Add the workout timer in the app
I have to switch between apps, it would be more beneficial to have the workout timer in the app the way that you have the rest timer set up.

Schedule previously programmed workouts
Sometimes on off days I’d like to run a workout from a prior block maybe months ago. As it stands the only way is to manually input as a freestyle workout. Ideally I’d be able to schedule old workouts within the app without manually setting them up as freestyle.

Display how many calories you have burnt with workout. E.g 10 deadlift x 100kg = 30 calories burnt

I really wish I could put notes next to my reps ex “I used the green band”
Also I wish the exercises were listed by body part instead of alphabetical

Error checking
If I enter data, do a reasonable sanity check before you let me save. For instance if I did 3 sets of 6 @ 100 pounds but the 4th set has 1000 pounds, it's probably an error.

Option to replicate previous freestyle workouts
If I spend a bunch of time selecting exercises for a freestyle workout, I want to be able to replicate that workout so I can paste it as many times as I want throughout the calendar. I don’t want to have to manually recreate it every time.

Be able to copy previous freestyle workouts
I have to create all the details of a freestyle workout each time. It would be good to copy over a workout from a previous day and be able to edit that rather than create a new one from scratch each time
