Just Make the Start/Stop Hit Surface on the UI Bigger!
It's so easy to make the active hit area of the Start / Stop buttons bigger. Do you actually ever use your app in a gym when you finish a set and jab the screen multiple times to try and hit the timer? C'mon...

Finishers
It would be great to have a “finisher” category before stretches! It’s nice to finish a workout with an 8-10 minute hiit finisher. Warmup, strength, hiit finisher, stretch. Gives that extra endurance boost!

Organization
When doing a workout, the reps/sets should be expandable and color coded to make it a cleaner look. The reps should also match what the set reps are. Example, my trainer wants me to do 10-10-10-10 but the app on the right side shows me what I should be doing for 15-12-10-8. That’s not assistive during the workout. I need to know what I should be doing for reps of 10-10-10-10

Be able to import GTX class excercises from program
GTX programming is determined by central and used for classes. Rather than list a general cardio class, let us import the exercises for the day or add GTX to the list of available activities.

I think it would be beneficial to have an exclude option under the exercise filter.
I think it would be beneficial to have an exclude option under the exercise filter when creating workouts. This would be great for clients with injury or other restrictions. example they have a knee injury of the gym they attend does not have certain equipment it'd be nice to just exclude it from available options.

Filter
There does nt seem to be much online where for people who have specific injuries there is a filter so replacement exercises can be provided. I m a medical practitioner with shoulder injuries so above shoulder lifting is a no no as it can aggravate rotator cuff. It would be great if you could filter programs or you put your injury in and it selects appropriate program. I’ve been looking for this everywhere!! Thx

announcement tone
Use a 3 second countdown tone to prepare the user the next exercise is coming up and change the tone from a soft hard to hear monotone pulse to a bell like in boxing. One rings for start, three rings for stop.

A specific message when my trainer adds or changes my plan
I’m never sure when my trainer updates my plan unless he sends a note through the app and sometimes he asks a question and I’m not aware new exercises have been added. Perhaps a flag on the exercise icon?

Medicine ball weight
Currently we cannot list a weight for medicine balls. Since these come in many weights it’s worth having there ability to record weight and reps

Gauge level of soreness the day after a workout.
It would be nice to know how sore I was the following day after a specific workout, so I can determine whether or not to increase weight/resistance the next time around.

Warm up and working set calculator.
A calculator to determine weight needed for warm up and working sets based on latest data the user has entered and a way to determine that easier in the app based off hypertrophy or strength.

Adding a different exercise instead of substituting and it not go to the bottom
If you do one set of an exercise but decide you want to do or sub or with something else. Adding a different exercise at the place you’re at in your work out. Not at the bottom.
