This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Include drop down menus for exercise units

    Seconds, minutes, lgs, kgs, reps, miles, meters, etc. 100m w 40 lbs. 1 rep of 30 sec, etc

  2. Allow to add multiple activities to a day

    I schedule multiple activities (cycle, rower, elliptical, yoga) on the same day. Currently I can only select one activity at a time, and I can schedule it for one or more days. I’d like the option to be able to add multiple activities at the same time and schedule them for one or more days. It would save so much time in setting up my calendar for the month ahead if I could select 5 activities at once and schedule them for each of my gym days in one go, instead of what I have to do now which is…

  5. Yoga poses

    Please use trained yoga teacher to give examples of yoga poses in videos ..prevent injury from incorrect postures (eg cobra pose is incorrectly shown)

  6. Exercise cursor jumping

    When I use the app during a workout, the cursor keeps jumping back to a box I've filled before and puts the number there instead of where I just clicked to fill. It's frustrating because it happens repeatedly. I'd appreciate an update that corrects that issue. Thanks!

  7. Please blow whistle at the end of each exercise as it’s sometimes forgotten

    Ro blows the Whistle about 95% of the time to indicate the end of one exercise and beginning of the next/active rest etc however there are times when it’s forgotten as they chat (which is nice to have their chats, don’t get me wrong) and we’re left holding an exercise or going too long in one without realising that they’ve moved on as the whistle wasn’t blown. I find I rarely look at the screen when working out because I’m focused on the exercises, and some exercises put us on the floor And can’t keep an eye on the Video…

  8. Ability to add weight increments on the watch

    If I am using dumbbells or fractional plates, I need to be able to reflect the actual weights used on the watch and app and not just jump up in 5kg bands

  10. Allow trainers to upload GIFs or a silent looping video instead of Youtube links to demonstrate workouts

    This would mean we wouldn't have to constantly be loading YT videos, using data and interrupting what we are listening to.

  11. Be able to add a single exercise if routine has more than one rep,

  13. Sync with Apple Watch under a different activity

    When starting a workout in the app, it always starts as “cross training.” I would prefer an activity option or I’d rather it start as strength training or functional strength training for the watch.

  14. toggle switch to change from m to yards for golf tracking

    I cannot get my fenix 5 to show yards for golfing which is very bothersome. I have tried everything I can think of or found on internet. I want almost everything else on my watch in metric for tracking except for golf. Can garmin not have a simple toggle switch in golf tracking app to toggle from m to yards?

    I accidentally started a workout on my watch. I want to delete it. It would be great to be able to delete it from the watch.

  16. Exercise tracker on the app

    Can we have an exercise tracker in the app with the different names of classes that edge fitness provide so that we can just click on the exercise we have done?

  17. User added workouts

    This used to be an option. Now any time I try to add a workout or activity, it just doesn’t show up. Or, if it does, it then won’t let me delete it saying it was created by my trainer.

  18. Edit workouts after completion

    Being able to go in and edit reps/weights of workouts after. A few times I have entered incorrect weights into a workout e.g 123kg instead of 12kg and this messes up workout history and the percentage increase stats

  19. Add Photo widget while in your workout. Helps with where you left off

    After starting your workout it would be helpful to snap a pic of the machine, weight, setup, yourself, etc to tag to the excerise so you an reference it next time it is in your routine.

    Show time elapsed in workouts, there is currently no timer, it only shows when the workout is complete and saved
