This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. For the running components where you run 45 sec walk 45 sec it would be good if there was a tone or a voice to tell you to run or walk

    When running/walking at intervals, I need to keep my phone in my hand to watch the timer. Other apps have a tone and a voice to tell you to run/walk. Would make it easier to focus on the activity vs watching the phone.

  2. Provide “off day” exercises

  3. Leave workout screen but not close workout

    Allow you to leave a workout to check notes and such without having to close the workout you are on.

  4. Auto populate weight and reps from last workout On Apple Watch app

    As we cannot see previous reps and sets on watch app it would be helpful to prefill with last workout’s values. Then we don’t have to open phone app to check the previous values. Thanks

  6. Copy and paste workouts / templates

    Allow workouts to be copy and pasted to different days or allow templates to be created by users. I am entering the same sequence of lifts week to week and it is a pain.

  8. Change the rating scale at end of working so it doesn’t ask. “How hard was this work-out” to “rate your effort for this work-out.”

    For the rating scale at the end of the work-out: None of the work-outs are.”very hard” for me in terms of skill level, and certainly not “extremely hard.” But this is what I have to choose if I want to rate my perceived effort as an 8 or 9. I suggest changing the language to accurately reflect what we are trying to measure, which is subjectively the amount of effort we feel we put into the work-out. When look back at my log book, that is what I want to see recorded, not whether or not I found the work-out…

  9. Live sharing between Apple Watch and iPhone app

  12. Add time between workouts to change position

    Automatically add [custom] time between all workouts to change positions (so the athlete can move from abs to squat, etc) and not lose time.

  13. Add pause and resume option for the workouts.

    There should be a pause option to pause the timer and resume later whenever you wish to continue.

  14. Show muscles targeted for the exercise you are performing

    Show this information in the app with the exercise programmed by your coach. Have it written and a picture of the body hi lighting on the body the muscles targeted. Just how detailed the demo information is on how to do the exercises

  17. Make it possible for the cheaper smart watches to connect

    So far all I see that can connect within this app is Fitbit, withings, and myfitnisspal. The app my smart watch uses is Hband. Similar to fitbit, it tracks your steps, sleep, HR, BP, goal setting, etc.

  18. Access to old workouts

    Allow access to old workouts - in case you want to do an old one a few months on and see how far you’ve progressed. Or at least just see the exercises in old workouts (as an uneditable list) without being able to “perform them” and enter in new reps/weights.

    Add Recovery activities (stretching, cryo therapy, massage, etc.) to the Activities list so these can be scheduled into days of the week.

  20. For assisted exercises (e.g. machine assisted chin up) have the weight entered count as negative or potentially minus it off of body weight

    When doing assisted exercises the higher the weight the easier the exercise but the app treats it as any other exercise. It would be nice if the app could minus the assisted weight from the body weight or just treats it as a negative to better show progress.
