We are continually updating your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Show muscles targeted for the exercise you are performing

    Show this information in the app with the exercise programmed by your coach. Have it written and a picture of the body hi lighting on the body the muscles targeted. Just how detailed the demo information is on how to do the exercises

  2. View all your recorded exercises / lifts & their PRs

    I would like a place where I can see all lifts and their relevant PRs without having to be in a workout.
    This would allow to easily review & plan workouts & be better there. This is also relevant where there are several interchangeable variants in Trainerize where one has a history & one doesn’t.

  3. Allow users to change program start dates!

    Allow users the option to chose which program they want to use (if they already purchased it) as well as change their start dates if they need to modify it

  5. Allow timed sets for an exercise (ie. 1 minute of planks or squats)

    If an exercise is time based give me the option to enter time rather than defaulting to reps. For example, plank asks for reps but it makes more sense to enter that I did plank for 60 seconds.

  7. Ability to copy workouts into different days

    Have the ability to copy the freestyle workout portion to different days and not have to re-input them in every time on the fit for golf app.

  8. Be able of switching an exercise when we don’t have the equipment.

    Having optional workouts would be amazing because sometimes we don’t have the same equipment like the trainer and we have to skip the exercise

  11. See comments made from previous weeks workout DURING a workout

    Otherwise we have to get out of the workout, go into calendar, scroll up access workout... etc. Would be cool to have a button to view past workout comments mid workout.

  13. Access to old workouts

    Allow access to old workouts - in case you want to do an old one a few months on and see how far you’ve progressed. Or at least just see the exercises in old workouts (as an uneditable list) without being able to “perform them” and enter in new reps/weights.

  16. Create a 3rd column in the exercise section of the app to enter data on each set.

    There is already 2 column boxes for reps and weight. Please create a 3rd column box to input “quick” notes. Such as RIR data. Even if there is a character limit, like 10 character limit, that is still enough for most quick data - e.g. 2RIR, or IncWtX5, or DecRpX2. Trying to log this type of tracking for each set on an end of workout notes section is too clunky and inefficient. One small adjustment will yield dividends for the clients and trainers alike, since the trainers can quickly glance at the set by set data during the client’s workout…

  17. Allow to build and save a custom workout

    I can add a freestyle day and build a workout but doesn't seem I can name that workout and save it to use other days. Also if I take a pre designed workout, it would be nice to be able to add something to it and have it permanently be part of that pre-designed workout for future days. As an example, I add 1000 meter row to the beginning of most workout days

  18. Easier way to enter reps when in interval-type workout

    When in interval training, the client sees the counter for each exercise and cannot enter the number of reps performed before finishing the workout.
    Before starting the interval workout, there are 2 options:
    - enter stats
    - start workout
    Doesnt make a lot of sense to have to wait for the entire workout to be done to enter the stats...

    Should be done at the end of the exercise or at the rest time

  19. Mark off workout tasks as they are completed.

    When you finish a task or rest period there should be some sort of vindication showing that that is done. We don't have a lot of time to go and find another way to Mark which task we're on or which rest. We're on because a lot of us are trying to squeeze this workout in either before work or before bed so having to take an extra step to track what we're doing when it's already supposed to be done in app is pretty bothersome

  20. Have the rest timer move down with each set

    Have just one rest timer icon that moves down after each set is completed i always forget how many sets ive done as when you press the rest timer it sets off all the others on the screen
