One tap to do list check off
There are 4 taps ever time you check something off the to do list because of the pop offs it creates. This makes the process long and annoying for the consumer especially when you want to check multiple things off the list. Please make it a one tap check off.

Allow clients to add a custom daily habits or tasks
Because our goals often overlap different areas of life, it would be nice to have the option to add a custom daily goal e.g. meditation (or for me, doing some reading).

Behavior streaks should maintain even when retroactively filled in.
If I perform the behavior but forget to click the button, I lose my streak. Not in reality, just in the app. There should be no penalty for going back a day or two and filling in missed behavior markers.

Suggested food list attached to the macro goals.
Having a short list of "quick snacks" attached to your macro goals portion of the page. This would support the client in picking a suggested "quick snack" to balance out the Marcos. For instance balancing out carbs versus protein. What snack could I eat to lower the carbs and raise the protein.?

Allowing adding and tracking ‘to do’ list items to be added and managed by users
My trainer set tasks/to-do list items for me. I don’t want to go through him to set more. I’d like to create my own. For example, medication reminders on repeat. Or supplement reminders. I could set one to do a meditation or breathing session. Spend 15 minutes outside. There are so many things that I’d like to track in one app, so self customisation would be an ideal solution on some features. Don’t be too restrictive as limitations will be felt by end users.

Editable widgets under My Progress
Have widgets that you can edit/add under the My Progress section. It’s great you can choose the ones that are there to display but I’d like to also see a widget there for additional daily activities I’d like to track like… water (glasses), breath work (minutes). Some things may just flag that a task is complete.. ie: grateful task Y/N etc
In addition you can have free text in some of the widgets to add notes/ diary entries… ie what grateful for that day

Mental health is so important for long term weight loss success otherwise weight loss is a numbers game. It's to be more focused on the body as 360 person so mind body inside outside front back hobbies, habits interests whatever targets everbody ability agility level

Give badges more increments after 100
After 100 the increments are only every 100. More often would be nice

Edit heart rate zones
My heart rate zones are set on my Apple Watch, and my Apple Watch heart rate is displayed via your app when I use it to log cardio. However, the heart rate zones are completely different - what is Zone 1 on my watch shows up as Zone 3 in your app, Zone 2 shows up as Zone 4, etc. How can I edit / sync my heart rate zones so that they’re the same between my watch and your app?

A woman's menstrual cycle affects her weight. Can you add a way to track this with the weight/measurements. Maybe even having the numbers change color

Allow manual editing of time slept. Either data from watch or from manual input.
I’m not able to manually change sleep data. Specially if I entered it in wrong. Allow this to happen.

Note section
I would love to have a notes section, not messages to our trainer, and not just comments on workouts or on a board, where we can note things about our day/meals etc. like noting special/unexpected that maybe threw off our day/plan, how you felt about your meals that day, we’re you hungry et. at the end of the day. Anything that might help you and your trainer get a full idea on how your days are going
